Cashier was friendly but pizza wasnt good at all

Not much pizza, what they had was cold. Place was dirty and not clean. Needed to bus tables, because they were not that busy. But, cheap and filling.

This location is blooming, place is super clean and The young girl who took over this store is absolutely awesome. She is so sweet, introduced herself to my husband and I as the new manager. She made us pizza by request .. had a large selection of fresh pizza on the buffet and even refilled our drinks!!! She interacted with our children helping them pick pasta and win games. GREAT CHOICE on the new management and employes We love this location and will definetly be back!!!!

One star is based on the employees , especially Leidi. Very very rude and unfriendly, waited 10 minutes at counter to pay, she didn’t even welcome us or say anything except do you want drinks. Asked for cheese sauce and she acted like she didn’t hear me. Me and my kids come here regularly but I’m seriously considering just driving the extra 30 minutes to Matthews location with friendlier staff.

The food is good, but the area at night looks a little scetchy

The food was fine, per usual. But you better get there 4 hours before they close because you’ll basically get rushed out the door after that. Got there at 8, they close at 10, the area was closed off after we had already sat down and started eating and chairs were placed there so it was very inconvenient going to the buffet line to my table. Also, chairs were already being put on tables everywhere around us.... at 8???? Might need to remind the staff they don’t close until 10 and it looks like they only care about closing, not the customers eating there.

Very nice place, good food!

For the second time in a row restaurant was very short staffed. When I tried to get some marinara sauce all that was on the buffet was a dried out thick clumpy remains of what used to be marinara sauce. People were lined up at the counter waiting on Pizza’s to come out after to visit with no pepperoni pizza I finally gave up. The trash areas were completely overloaded with dirty plates and paper. Usually love going to Cicis pizza But will have to seriously consider returning to this restaurant.

This place is ok for small kids. Service could be better along with the cleanliness of the overall restaurant.

This place never opens on time and is short staffed. Not the best experience, but most CiCis I go to I have a good time

This place was great! Told them last min we had a large party coming the next day. When we got there the lady was very nice and got a male to move the tables to the area we wanted. The guy was very nice and helped us out the entire time. Awesome experience!

We arrived around 8:30 on a Friday night and the pizza was cold and they were not making any more.

Too many youngins running around while trying to eat! Otherwise pleasent atmosphere

Much improved. The buffet was stocked and the tables were clean. Shoutout to the manager with the long brown hair in a braid. I didn't catch her name, but she always goes above and beyond.

It's ok because it's cheap they do have better games now
