Usually come to this Cicis maybe once a month, in recent weeks I’ve noticed a turn around in the food and overall atmosphere of the restaurant. They renovated the inside it looks a lot nicer now. They’ve also changed the line up of the pizzas and it makes for a neater area. I can tell the employees actually try and do a good job. And although sometimes they get busy and run out of certain pizzas. There is a guy in the back with glasses idk his name but he’s always ready and making more pizzas or helping his staff out. He also has very good customer service skills.

Horrible. Mostly old pizza. Even fresh is pretty bad. Horrible crust.

I am so disappointed about this particular location. My husband and me went over today and he asked for ranch and cheese cause there wasn’t any on top of the counter and the lady that he asked for some went back and took about 10 minutes coming back outside gave no answer to him and we still didn’t get our ranch and cheese. As well no pizzas were coming out and the soup and the salad bar was disgusting!!! I hope the manager gets to fix this or else please guys don’t come here to have a horrible experience.
