Cicis

It's been along time since I've been here. First thing I didn't like was the smell when I came in. It smells like old mop and feet. No one should have to smell that while they're eating. They did have large tops for the cups. Salad was good and the the was fresh and ready.

Was picking up a box of cinnamon buns and cheese bread sticks to go for a family member. I didn't dine in. The cinnamon buns were delicious and so were the cheese bread sticks.

Awsome place to eat. I especially love making my own custom pizza. The employees they hire are always very nice and give me great service. Will return and highly recommend😎

If they weren't undergoing construction I would have had a better experience.

I love Cici's. Good family food. Cheap but good foof!!

This place has went down hill. My son just had a hair in his pizza that is friggin gross and all the girl at the counter could say oh I’m sorry with an attitude. An it wasn’t a piece from the buffet it was one he had them make. They really need some training in customer service skills they are lacking that big time. From the time we walked in the cooks have all been back there playing around.

There's a guy there who calls out every new pizza that's hot, fresh, & available with a great sense of humor. He gives every pizza a name & clearly loves his job. He makes being there a fun time.

The pizza is great. You do have to be careful about what time you go because it does get busy and the kitchen can't keep up with the demand but its definitely worth the price. Even when its busy, the floor staff keeps it clean. Very friendly too!

ALL staff were so very Nice and I really enjoyed the food n salad n dessert! Clean tables n restrooms! Very satisfied for sure!😁

I'm giving a 5 star review because of Joshua. I would say that half the pizza on the buffet was really good and hot but the other half was cold. I realize that it's tough to keep it hot during lunch hour, but this location needs a larger buffet to handle the crowd and offer a better selection. The restaurant also needs a good cleaning especially in the restrooms. Joshua was extremely helpful with my mother carrying her tray to the table. He was friendly and courteous.

It was good. Food is great as always. Servers prepared our plates. All tables cleaned and sanitized when vacated. Excellant service.

cicis looks so much better and smells better. Im glad yall fixed it up. I wish the booths wasnt so hard but overall it looks so much better..

So I’d like to start by saying, don’t hire anyone that doesn’t know what a Hawaiian Pizza is much less listen to you on the phone! Around 9:20 last night I called in 10 wings and a large Hawaiian add bacon and jalapeños. (I wanted to surprise my cousin form out of state who’d never eaten this type of pizza) I overheard the lady ask someone else “what’s a Hawaiian?” I thought really? So I go in to pay and they told me it’s be 15 minutes so I went and ran a quick errand, cane back and the door is locked! Note: it’s 20 minutes until closing time. So I had to wait in the cold until someone unlocked the door. I got in, at this point I’m just ready to get home so I get home with my pizza and wings. The pizza didn’t have the jalapeños on it like I asked and it was very chewy and the slices were not even close to being cut evenly, and the wings were wayyyy overcooked. Everything was cold. It was all just awful. CiCis used to be my go-to place but tonight may have changed that for me.
