I had a great experience. The staff was friendly and the made a custom pizza just how I wanted. The staff member who made my pizza, informed me the I put too many toppings on my custom order. But he said it's not a big deal and let me have it anyway. They even made a cheeseburger pizza off of the secret menu for me🍕😉

Super impressed with her experience today at CiCis in Norfolk. We had a large group for a kids birthday party and the manager introduced himself and welcomed us. I asked to have some tables cleaned and a very nice gentleman came over and did such a thorough job of cleaning, like really really cleaned them, which I really appreciate considering the virus issue right now. Then he told me to please let him know if there’s anything else he could do for us. Awesome customer service!
