Good Italian food. I especially like the paninis! Good service as well.

We arrived as a very large group without a reservation. It did not take long to get seated and attended to by our waitress. She was very attentive to us, getting drinks and appetizers to our table in no time. I have never been at a restaurant that actually served our large group so quickly. The food was better than expected. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to friends and family.

I went in on a busy Friday night and didn't have to wait too long to get seated. I sat at the pizza bar where the guys there were very entertaining to watch. I had the Chicken Parmesan, which was a very generous portion, but it was so good I had to eat it all.

We went to ciao for our anniversary and my husband's birthday on Sept 11 just outside ithaca NY and we were beyond pleased to say the least. The wait stage was precise but not pushy. They were elegant but not black tie. Very clean and staffed very well. The atmosphere was nice enough for a couple first day plus soft toned enough to bring your kids for family night. As my husband and I both work in food and beverage industry it was nice to find a restaurant that takes the time, energy, and respect to stay up to date with old school and new school techniques with there business. Can not wait to come back..

Excellent pizza, the pasta is equally as good. They have many options for drinks but I do not indulge in that but they sounded very tasty. Prices are fair and portion sizes are plentiful. You won't be disappointed with a visit here.

Ciao does it right, as I ordered fettuccine Alfredo and it was perfectly prepared. Just the right taste and portion to meet my expectations. I added a fresh Italian sausage to my dish and it was so good with the Alfredo sauce. A real winner! Or wait person was very informative and spoke clearly in a calm tone. She was able to serve our group of four without a hitch. The restaurant is clean, we sat at a roomy booth and found it very comfortable. The pricing is moderate and deserving of the offerings we enjoyed. On our way to the exit, the owner approached us and asked if we had a nice visit. Thanked us for our business and said come again. I just love the effort Ciao presented to our group. This is one restaurant you want to try, you're going to love it!

Great choice for us tonight. Pizza was delicious. Service was wonderful. The place was packed and all went so smoothly. Finished our meal and spent allot of time talking and we were not rushed out.Will definitely come back!
