Ciao Espresso & Deli

Food was delicious, prices were great but service was TERRIBLE. We waited for about 10 minutes before someone took our drink order and then waited another 15 before the waiter took our food order. He didn't smile and barely made eye contact. He never came back to check on us and we had to wave him down to get a dessert menu. We waited 25 minutes to get our dessert!!!! Would never go back again.

Not the real Italian pizza. Not value for money.

Food very good, service still has room for improvement. Pay an adventure with separate bill.

The restaurant is really great. The food is typically Italian. The owner is very nice. A visit is recommended.

Unfortunately, I regret to say that this pizza is very far from a real Italian pizza. The service of the order therefore gives two stars for an incentive. However, the pizza from the bottom is burnt, medium fresh ham. Half a year ago I was there for the last time and it was great, but I do not know what was going wrong

Always like to come here from aschaffenburg, if we want to experience a special evening. Great food. Nice ambience and very good service. Will be back soon.

I was many years ago already 2 x Ciao and it did not taste good to me. Loveless bland food, service not on the ball, it takes forever. Second chance with a friend. She got her lasagna burned, you should have sent it back. Now after some years I thought, give them another chance because I had heard a lot of positive lately. Unfortunately, this has not come true for me. The service was fast and friendly, the food came quickly, but tasted bad. Such a quality I get from us in the canteen. However, not for such a horrendous price. Sorry, but I will not be back.

The Food was Not what i was expected

We are friends of Italy and had relied on a recommendation. For us, the ristorante isn't exactly around the corner, but we wanted to try it.Whoever describes this restaurant as "typically Italian" has probably never been there.We had the impression that nobody is really interested in the guest here. After almost 1 hour we asked about our order and then received starter and main course at the same time. The fish was not served well (bones), my pizza was not freshly prepared, possibly a frozen product.Reordering drinks was always a bit difficult. Nobody was interested in whether we wanted dessert.Our waiter was more concerned with the checkout than looking after the guests.We will definitely not come again. There are better places. Sorry.

The food was very good. So good I ate it and forgot to take a photo! It is in a bit of a weird location and looks a bit like a converted factory. It is clearly set up for weddings and also sells lots of cake products. But if you want a seriously Awsome bit of tucker then this place is a must visit.

The salmon is amazing. Perfect atmosphere and good wine.

Here you can eat well and delicious.
