Chuys Mexican Food

Very good food, tasty salsa, dip, queso. Enchiladas here plentiful with chicken. Short wait for table in busy place, good signs! Server was helpful, knowledgeable, and kept coming back to check on us even with many tables and very busy. Drinks almost never got empty. Atmosphere seemed more authentic than staged, felt like a Mexican cafe in the middle of Addison. Prices were good for product served, and tables were cleaned and turned rapidly. Only slight issue was heat level, even mild has a kick. One of our party could hardly eat anything. True "Gringos" might not find what they want. Otherwise if you can take the heat this is a weekly or biweekly family dinner place away from home, enjoy.

Enjoyed my visit I got a smile from the second I got in , waitress was kind enough to help me with the menu wish I was not familiar with, even got me what was not on the menu. Alexis was the name, took the time and went the extra mile just to make me feel comfortable. Over all a good happy experience.

Excellent place, but you need a lot of free time to eat there because it's always full

Quite an interesting restaurant. I really like that you can crab some authentic food from a cars hood while having drinks. Cocktails was a bit too sweet but I guess that's part of being in Texas. Great job on the decor, and the server was really nice. Next time I'm in town I will make sure to come here again

Six of us went there for lunch. The service was faster than we anticipated. Our server gave us 4 separate checks and didn't complain about it. I had the Chicka Chicka boom boom enchiladas and they were very good. I had water to drink and it wasn't refilled although our server did refill the other drinks.

I ordered to go. My food was ready in the ETA and it was warm when I got to my destination. These two enchiladas were made with quality ingredient and this deluxe tomatilla sauce is amazing. It's like salsa Verde blended with sour cream. The to go order even came with big bag of chips and extra sauce on the side. $12 with tip, great lunch stop!

This place is amazing. So far I have been here 8 times and had horrible service once. The outside patio is lit up beautifully and there is plenty of seating. The chips and salsa are good but the avocado ranch dip is to die for! The food is great and the adult drinks are even better. Super strong and enough alcohol to make you feel good. The torillas are fresh and made in house and you can watch them being made daily. Either way, the food is good and the service varies.

Chuys is good af all the time. Their rice to bean ratio is off though. Definitely give you like a 35/65 rice/bean ratio. Need more rice. But otherwise I'm always glad to eat here and always have left overs to eat the next day.

The GM Scott is amazing! All of staff are incredibly nice and very accommodating. My take out orders are always perfect every time! The enchiladas were so great I had to order an extra one. Plus they love helping out a ton of kids!! 💙💚

Some of the best Tex-Mex that I have had in a long. The ingredients that they use our quality, especially the bread. The service was also great. The server came to check on my table several times and was very friendly. I highly recommend it.

Customer service is second to none. I accidentally ordered the wrong thing which is 100% my fault, but the manager just happened to hear and brought me the one I thought I ordered. The food is always good and our server Christin was the best in the business if you go here sit in her section.Honestly can't talk it up more and would give them more stars if that were an option.

Amazing food and service. The vegetarian combo came out hot and was delicious. Hands down the best Chile relleno I've had in years, definitely the best outside of New Mexico.

am really picky about the Mexican food because the flavors must be really balanced to make enjoy the real taste of the Mexican food.people in this place doing great job because the food really tasty and everything is fresh and perfect, the atmosphere nice and the service is great, the prices reasonable also.will go back again for sure

Experience may vary but today we had awesome waiter and the food didn't take long. The food is always good that never changes.

I loved the decor, very colorful and full of life. Food was average but the service was above the mark. Quantity per serving is great, more than enough for a person both drink and food items.
