More then once I have placed an order and when I get there im being told they don't have it because it was given to someone else to come back in 45 min. That's poor customer service. I do like there food but wont ever go back for this reason.

1st. Time getting the Ribs, rice and French Fries at this North End location after ALWAYS going to the South End location on County St. for Chicken, Rice & French Fries. I was pleasantly surprised with the Rib plate. I ordered a half rack of ribs and the portion was huge. 9 big ribs a healthy portion of rice & fries.
