Service was bad had to wait in the DT for 30 minutes was asked to hold for 10 more minutes with no explanation. If the other Church's Chicken didn't get close down before by the health department I would have went there. No Star's Period.

Customer service is lacking depending on who is working the drive thru. But hey, church's aint Publix(this is fast food). Not everybody gonna greet you with a smile after standing over hot grease all dang day! Lol.As long as my order is correct i could careless. Love the mac and cheese but you gotta get there before they run out, which is usually towards the end of the day. Overall i come here occasionally when Im craving that hood classic $5box lol. Definitely recommend!! ðŸ˜

Chicken was purchase in the pm hours and it was cooked in old oil tasted like it was a few days old. Route my friends dog would. Not eat it I laid it in front of the fog he took one smell of it looked up at me and the impression on his face said it. Really!!#!!!!!!!!!!! It was hilarious at least I got a great laugh. It. Sucked. !!!!!!!!

Decent, if they get your order correct. It seems that each location has its own rules. The $5 box meal is not the same as what's advertised online. One location only lets you get mashed potatoes with it. I never mention that at the location because I don't want to make them mad.

They were so had the people and some had been waiting 45 minutes before taking orders and the drive thru was lined up so long that's the reason why went inside and what be again.

They practically threw the food at us through the window. Had no unsweetened tea, no sugar, they claimed. Mac and cheese spilled completely spilled out, lid not secured. Nothing to eat with. My sick wife was really impressed...
