Church's Chicken

First time visiting this Church's Chicken and the staff was friendly. Even help suggest a cheaper meal that still suited my family. They also packed plates, plastic utensils, napkins, and condiments in our bag without us having to ask for them. This doesn't happen often with fast food restaurants. My family and I will be visiting again!

Went here and waited 45 minutes for chicken. I thought that was what they did, sell chicken but nothing ready and very long wait. I would not recommend.

2 stars because they are understaffed and manager is standing over them not helping. Only one lady working front end and drive thru and she was not in a good mood. No greeting at all. Only one person in the back doing all the prep and cooking. We waited over 20 min for two combo orders and another 10 min for an apple pie we ordered. I guess if you want customer service you have to go somewhere else.

I will never come to this place again. If u don’t wanna work don’t apply. Treat people how u wanna. No hello no thank you??? I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

Everything was hot fresh and delicious. The employees are very nice and and their score is 100. Nice and clean

Be very careful about eating at this location..….I ordered chicken yesterday and about 1 1/2 hours after I ate it my stomach began hurting really bad. I ran to the bathroom and you know the rest. All last night including this morning I have been going several more times. I did did notice that the fried skin of the chicken appeared darker which is an indicator the grease may not have been changed in a timely manner. Please be careful. The employee was extremely nice at the window so my complaint is not with her. The chicken I at made me sick.

The server was very nice the chicken gizzards will horrible they were still raw... I was so disappointed... That's my 2nd time eating there I did not like their chicken either the 1st time.... The biscuits a very good.... I threw my okra away because I had to re cook the chicken

Best chicken around and the dirty rice is YUMMMMM

Worst chicken I've ever had. It literally had zero seasoning, zero flavor. It tastes like someone deep fried lumps of plain flour.

Customer service was timely, friendly and fast. Food was hot and Fresh. The best friend okra.

Hot and fresh chicken and the biscuits where soft and good nice and clean atmosphere and great prices

Very slow service & got order wrong. The lady who seemed to be the mgr/shift was very nice though.
