Church's Chicken

I stopped here on my way to Amtrak to pick up a QUICK bite to eat (March 2019). I asked about an item, but since I would have had to wait for it to be cooked I chose to order items that were already ready. One cashier with a bad attitude, Titiala (sp?), messed up my order which caused the process to take much longer than necessary. A nice male cashier tried to help speed up the process, but he was slightly confused. The female manager on duty was also pleasant and tried to diffuse the situation after Titiala made a snide remark about me rushing to get where I was going. She was obviously trying to take the blame off of herself for putting the wrong information into the system. 😔

Slowest service I’ve ever seen at a Church’s before! I was in the drive through for 35 mins before they even took my order! They had people take orders at the main window. After having them wait in line for forever! I’ve never seen such slow service in my life! If I could give a 0 star I would!

Never again, to greasy... not good for the heart. Tea to sweet bot good for the teeth. Attitudes are heavy and i will not be returning.

My 3 pcs with biscuit was actually cooked all the way through, fresh, editable. And quicker drive through wait time

This is my absolute favorite chicken place ever. Ever since I was little, I've loved church's chicken. And since they're all gone in northern Virginia then I was excited to come here and get some. The chicken took a while because there were so many people there But when I got it, it was hot and crispy. The chicken had been marinated obviously and was very tasty. I got the fries with mine and they were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I would definitely come back here again. The folks who work here were really nice too, even though they were being slammed with customers.

Watch where you park during drive through backups.You may have to wait to get out.

The Chicken is moist on the inside and crunchy on the outside. The sides like mashed potatoes and Cole slaw are very good. Service us slow but worth the wait.

Food was fine; service was slow.

On May 7,2020 8:50pm. Poor customer service. One young and old lady was cursing at each other while i was trying to order my food. It sound like they were playing. As proceeded to order. The young lady told me she can take my order at the window.. Long story short she gave ne two drinks without straws. She told me to pull up so i can wait for my food. And im still waiting and five cars and one suv past me. Smh rude customer service. No mask, no gloves at all... I will never go back there ever..

Great food, I had the sandwich. Very yummy! The workers were very kind also and very polite. Will go again!

First here at this location. That I can remember, shared 2pc w/ hubby it was fresh but, was in line when open at drive-thru, no one came to the window had to go in. Which they were open. This is the only churchs in this area! Work on customer service!

The chicken was very fresh! The apple pie was delicious! The bisquit and mashed potatoes were tasty. The service was excellent! Everyone is very nice!

Even with a crowd they manage to get you through the line and back to your day in no time. Seems to be more customer oriented than most urban eateries always a smiling face behind the counter. Dining room a little small but its kept clean.

Noticed the drive-thru line was looonnnngg and NOT moving; so, I decided to go inside...I was greeted by the staff and a family selling incense and oil. I declined to purchase anything and placed my order...a family size of French fries... the ones insert the lamp had gone cold so they made a new batch... dropping fries in hot oil takes a few minutes, I kept asking for them to check the fries, moments later.... potato chips. NEVER AGAIN!!! As I walked out, I gave that family a few dollars, what the heck I was giving money anyway... next time, I'll pay $1.60 at Walmart and make my own in a clean kitchen.

The speaker wasn't working correctly. I had to pull up to order at the window. My okra was all in the bottom of the bag like the just scooped it and threw it in there. The little bag they was supposed to put it in was just thrown in there. You can tell the okra was never put In there cause the bag didnt have grease spots in it and I had to take my fingers to open the bag to put the okra and. And to top it off my food wasn't hot. Very disappointed.
