Church's Chicken

I went to this location BEFORE CLOSING !!!! MANAGER IS SITTING IN A CHAIR LIGHTS ON REFUSES TO SERVE ME SAYING SHE DECIDED SHE WAS CLOSING AT 9 TONIGHT BUT STILL THERE SITE SAYS 10 PM. SHE WOULD NOT OPEN DOOR EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE LIT UP AND DOOR SIGN SAID OPEN. THIS IS SECOND LOCATION TONIGHT TO DO THE SAME THING!!! THE ONE ON EAST WASHINGTON ST DID SAME THING. WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE.

Visited today. Ordered 15 pieces for a meeting at my home. Food was cold and old. They didn't give us our complete order. I took everything back in a huff. The manager was rude and accused us of not buying the food at that location even though we literally just walked out minutes before. They're so used to a certain element that everyone is treated as dishonest. This is precisely why people with means in the area simply travel to broad ripple a half mile away. I like to spend money in my area with the urban community even though I don't have to. I won't be back to this location- simply because the general manager treated us with disrespect vs just looking up our transaction or asking his employees to verify we were in the store just moments before.

I knew not to pull up but decided to give the benefit of the doubt.Cajun rice with gravyRice soft and over cooked you can tell it just been sittingGravy cold and thick threw it in the trash Will be back tomorrow with recite because the principle is what I live byNumber don't work either, I'll assume that's to keep the complaints to a minimum

I was just hungry and they were convenient.

Food was good. Ate in, they had no plates, no napkins. Wont go back to that Church's Chicken.

Always hot and fresh. Better than KFC which has 2 much batter.

The service was lousy. The dining area was closed so i sat in the drive through over 30 minutes and sill didnt ordered. So i made the decision to just leave.

Food was good but. Iv been there 3 times and no ice for the sodas and they didnt seem to care ..I told them that they can go and buy some ice ..unacceptable..Again the young sold me some coupon yes thank you young man

There was nothing but white meat available and they were not cooking anymore dark meat the rest of the day. If you aren't going to have available the menu, you could offer an exception or something. Not rob the people, charging them for white because you don't have dark. $9 for a meal that would have been $5. So, I choose to no longer go to this establishment. Not because of the lack of chicken but the lack of customer service and the bad attitude that went with the nothing we got. Thanks Church's!You have done it again!!!

Drive thru speaker wasn't working. Had to pull to weekend and wait for someone to take ur order. That took 8min to take my order
