I visited the 25th and Keystone location in indpls and was not impressed. I ordered a family meal deal and requested it to have mixed chicken, white meat and dark meat. There was an extra $6 upcharge for mixed. It also came with 3 large sides which I did not get the 3 I ordered nor did I receive the mixed meat I paid extra for. The store was filthy and the employees were more involved with socializing with their friends than actually doing their jobs. I will not be back to Church's Chicken. I will continue to go to Popeye's I stead.

This particular location was horrible at best. They dont take more than one order at a time in the drive thru you have to either come in or circle the building. Parking is horrendous. Once you place your order youre not given a total or told to pull around. You're just sitting there until YOU decide to pull around to the window. I will NEVER go back to this location

I just love this place! It's in the neighborhood and convenient for lunch or dinner.

Visit was okak. I requested a Sprite but was not told until we got to the drive thru window that the machine was broken. Staff was friendly when they needed to be but were loud at times.

Hey!!!! Church's Chicken!!!!!. You can't take a lickin by going to Church's Chicken. Well yes! You can if you say the wrong thing to the wrong person. But if you looking for some good old fashioned yard bird let those church's chicken Folks show you the way to fry some Good old Golden Chicken!!. Fried by some Blacks!! You gotta to come back!!!.

Everytime the food is not right cold and you have to wait forever.... they never have what's listed on the menu. A lot of the worker have a attitude problem

Didn't get to order, waited at the speaker for 15 minutes, dont understand why since only 1 car ahead of me and after lunch rush. Now I have to wait in Popeyes line which I wanted to avoid in the first place. Ugh
