Great food , nice workers , clean and decorate for Easter , nice place to sit and eat

Extremely slow, management very poor and unprofessional, I personally will never eat at churches again and recommend no one else does. The amazing thing is you have a black franchisee who obviously only cares about money in their pockets and not quality of service.... need to take notes from fast food spots that prioritize in customer service! Stop fleecing your own people!!! (Meaning) "It's ridiculous I have to go to a more affluent community to receive professional service when in my own community this type of professionalism that ALL customers deserve is amiss and management chooses to overlook . As stated previously I will no longer fund these types of businesses that enjoy profiting from hard working everyday people and are less concerned with delivering quality customer service.

I always go to Church's in Waughtown. Service had been good. Today was different. Waited almost an hour for my food. My order 10 piece mix no thighs and a diet coke. The best thing about the meal was the sides. Coke machine was not working, no change and instead of getting a mix I was given legs. Who pays 22.00 for 10 legs. Another custom had ordered fish and it was so hard that she brought it back in. One employee even walked out; said this is not working. Totally disapointed.

We waited 40 minutes for food but instead we were told they had run out of chicken and were cooking more it would be another 10 minutes or so then they gave us drinks and sides and informed us they had no utensils to eat the sides with so at that time we asked for a refund and went to a place that was able to give us food and a way to eat it!!! I have never met ruder people in my life and feel this restaurant should be closed down!!! At least until they get a manager and employees that know how to operate the facility!!!

Why don't they wear hair nets and gloves. Even cashier works with food after handling money. Nice staff however...

Drive through is scary at night. There drive through menu sign doesn't light up. The parking lot pavement has pot holes. The staff are slow to greet u. I was given a open hot sauce packet. And lastly the food was cold

The service was terrible. Had to redo my order twice. And my friend had to turn around and carry her order back after waiting for it because it was wrong. And the chicken wasn't fresh 👎👎👎👎

Chicken was on point and not wet inside like it was half done or something like when you buy it from the one on Patterson ave.Mac and cheese was very tasty as well. Will be going back from now on. But next time,greet your customers though .

Good to go there when u have worked late and don't have time to cook.

The biscuits were delicious,the chicken was a little too greasy.

Everything was very tasty and all food was off the chain delicious glad I stop by Church's Chicken

The taste on the chicken had burn oil taste because I did work at a food service place. I know when the is over used. Normally the food is good but not today.

Drive thru line took an hour! Biscuits looked like bread crumbs! Manager was placing bagged food on the cooked food containers for drive thru, while the clerk was trying to get the sides over top of them.

Never have chicken cooked stayed 30 mins at the drive through window because we had to wait for chicken to cook will never go to that location ever again this is not the first time this has happened. The only good thing I can say the employee working the window was very friendly with a very pleasant attitude.
