Great customer service...and chicken was hot!!!

The food is usually pretty good. Biscuits can be a too greasy at times. Only problem is the wait. They seem understaffed during late dinner times. The employees are usually scrambling around doing more than one job. Like taking drive thru orders and prepping bagging and cashing out.

I haven’t been to this location in over 2-3 years, and just recently started going back because I wanted some jalapeño bombers and I was very impressed! They have really stepped up with the service and the food quality. I had returned twice since originally going back to the location.

The food was great and the guys was polite and fast.

They are always so nice and welcoming...my food is always hot!

Best chicken better than Rome location

I enjoyed my meal it was hot and fresh

Wasn't horrible but it wasn't good. The half chicken wasn't impressive. I've had better. I just wanted to see what the hype was about, but aye..... you get what you pay for. Wait was long, although I didn't mind because I had a lot of time to kill.

Waited 30 minute for my food. The cook did not cook my tenders which he claim he did not hear the order. Food was good when I received it.

Fresh and hot for me anyways

The staff are all very nice Hispanic manager very kind/approachable...But in the month of May strike #1 burnt okra strike #2 old okra strike #3 burnt smoke house chicken the edges of the breast meat are so dry it's like I'm eating crackling...tighten up guys I really think you can do better...

The fried okra is good

Tried the bourbon black pepper smokehouse chicken, ....not bad, wish it had a little more spice to it. I know what to do next time!

Churches Chicken on Fairburn Road in Douglasville GA is well kept. The staff is friendly and the spicy stuff hit the spot. The coleslaw is good. Not sloppy or over sweet. Will visit again in the near future

Manager was not very professional in appearance. They where missing a side. But the food was good
