Chung Moi Chinese Restaurant

Chung Moi is one of the best Hakka food restaurant in the GTA. Food is consistently delicious, and for that, they don’t need to impress patrons with decor or anything else. If you come here, you simply come here for the food. Other things don’t matter. Serving is also very good for the price. A few of our favourites are Manchurian Fried Rice and Ginger Crispy Beef. There are other good Hakka places too, but for great hearty Hakka food cravings, we always come back to Chung Moi.

This place has got some of the most amazing food you really need to try the Chilli Chicken but get it done dry rub without the sauce you receive an abundance of food I'm a big guy and it still takes to go's to eat it all

So the outside looks fairly ghetto. Even when you get inside it's fairly outdated. Don't let this put you off. The place is fairly clean. The prices seem pretty high when you look at the menu relative to other cheaper places, but the portions are fairly good. The quality and taste is very good, not too salty. Worth the visit if your in the area.

The best Chinese food in Toronto. Reminded me of taste from back home as the owner are from back home and I had been to their restaurant in Karachi many times.Amazing quality and quantity.

Good service.... it’s your typical Hakka food, Chinese pictures on the wall, typical Hakka food.... I order hot and sour soup(it’s really spicy) It was really good. Chilli chicken it was good as well... fried rice and fish was little bit of oily for my liking. Noodles where decent as well.

I make the 250 kilometer trek here at least 4 times a year. I'm serious, it's that addictiveness lol. The owner is very friendly and the portions are enough for 3 meals. Loves me some chili chickens

At the moment you step in this place team give you a good feeling. Very hospitable crew, it is a happy place to pass time with buddies or with your date. delightful cuisine, skillful chef de cuisine, comfortable price and generous service. Highly recommended.

The dry chilli chicken was tasty. The portions are big and the price very economical. Recommended.

Absolute favourite place for Hakka food! Been coming here for years and nothing else compares. The Chili Chicken, Corn Soup, and Mapo Tofu are the best!

What an experience from the moment we walked in greeted with warm welcomes and smiles. Best Hakka I’ve had so far. Hot and sour soup, masala fried rice, ginger beef, #64a shrimp incredible. Explosion of flavours I had to write this review as we are digesting.

Had a lunch with my sister. Menu is perfect, and price is very reasonable. Food was fresh and good. Service was awesome and the girls was very accommodating. Will be back definitely!

This is the best hidden gem in the city. My husband and I really enjoy the delicious food they have to offer. The customer service is beyond amazing They are down to earth and always make you feel at home.

Small but cozy atmosphere, friendly staff , good variety of dishes and reasonably priced . The portion size is enormous and can feed two to three people easily . Would recommend chicken Manchurian with fried rice and chicken chilli . The variety of soup is good too . Serves halal meat and have vegetarian options too . The only part didn’t like was they charged service fee without me knowing .
