Chumley's

I went to Chumley’s after about 3-4 different people told me to go...I had high expectations. It was awesome. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was cool, and the food tasty. I found the dishes familiar but yet unique, which is something I always look for in a good dining experience. I will return.

Definitely get the off menu burger. It's incredible. Great atmosphere and everything was delicious!

Pretty cool historical spot. If I was to come again it'd be for drinks only I think. The food was pretty good but rather expensive. I wouldn't rush back. We were there on a Tuesday night and the place was filled with groups of women. Which I found interesting given how heavy the meal tends to be here.

This speakeasy hits on all fronts! The prohibition feel and atmosphere is still alive - you’ll feel immersed right away. The cocktails are great, coupled with a friendly staff, and even better tasting food! The tartar was fantastic, full of flavour and served with a perfectly fried crispy tendon. The burger is messy and delicious - topped with a healthy portion of bone marrow, fried onions, crisp shallots and American cheese - perfection! The duck breast and kimchi beet was wonderful as well. The real star at Chumley’s is the burger. It’s a must order! Enjoy your meal you won’t regret it!

Nice quiet place to grab a drink or a bite. Epitome of the West Village. The bar area is definitely a little cramped, but fine for a drink or two

It was good but not standout and IMO not good enough to be worth the cost. Cocktails were mediocre. Food was tasty but small and not any thing special. Ended up being $130-140 per head including tip.

Honestly from start to finish we had the best experience. Best waiters, bartenders, cocktails! The bartenders are seriously the best. We were well taken care of. Go!

One of the most unique burgers in New York, the meat flavor was totally different and fatty. I still think it can be improved with a little bit more sauce flavor to be mixed with the strong meat flavor. Amazing place and service too. I'm definitely going back.

Everything was so delicious! Drinks, apps, sides, and main course we're excellent. The staff was top-notch too.My group shared the hamburger as an appetizer and it was one of the best burgers I've ever had.

This is my favorite restaurant in New York. It has good vibes. We really enjoy having dinner with my customers while drinking beers, wine and gin !

Start to finish! Great...great decoration, great food, cool chef, a proud pug and a psychic! What not to like!! the caviar service: amazing...I was expecting blinis but I got thick rich toast which was 👍👍...the calamari with the ink was the right dose of rough and rounded! Fish on rice presented as the place’s take on cart food...eating that from a NY street cart: like seriously which cart😂😂😂and the desert 💥💥💥

First time here, but not my last. Really awesome appies, solid wine list, great burger, and top notch meats. Service was warm, friendly, professional, and not at all rushed.
