Nice atmosphere, steak was amazing!! Very nice menu selection as well as a nice array of wines and beer. Our server, Tommy, was the best! He was very helpful with assisting us with our menu selections and made our visit a very good dining experience. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this establishment.

Staff is Very knowledgeable in what there menu is and how things are prepared! Very nice and pleasant ambiance!

Excellent food!The restaurant was located in the heart of Banff and provided excellent service. Rooftop dining was chilly and without asking, the waitor gave me a blanket. Reasonable portions and food was more on the pricey side. Overall great restaurant!

This place is amazing, my favourite restaurant in town. Good atmosphere, great service, superb food. It’s pricey so it’s a special treat to have every once in a while or if you want somewhere nice to go while visiting town. Get a steak and a fancy drink! Would definitely recommend

The overall dining experience was amazing, the waitresses are very friendly and the menu was nicely introduced to you if you are a first timer. There are parking outside although your luck may vary. Overall it's a great place to visit and have dinner at.

Lucky us! We booked last minute reservations in the lounge and enjoyed a terrific time. Our steaks were perfection, the side dishes delicious, flavourful and creative. Sadly, no room for desert. Very attentive service, anticipated our needs and meet them.

The food is amazing!! Best steak ever!! The sides are huge and I would recommend sharing three max. if you are going with one other person but they are so delicious it's hard to pick between them all! We'll be back for sure!

Good service in a spectacular surrounding. A real treat when in Banff. I've never been disappointed. There's great drink choices from their beautifully crafted cocktails to the pairing wines and the locally crafted beers. I personally sampled their whiskey sour and a house red wine. Sides range from quality vegetables to fries. There's plenty of steak options for the true meat eater. Deserts are an afterthought and so they should be here.

The steaks were absolutely amazing and it was great to order 2 different types of steaks compare the two. The sides weren't too impressive which is why I didn't rate it a full 5 stars. However the Mud Pie was beyond amazing. The customer service was really nice and always on the ball with filling our water and making sure we had help or anything else. They even make the salads in front of you. The atmosphere was beautiful looking at the mountains from almost every seat.

My wife and I tried Chuck's Steakhouse after a local suggested it. Definitely a must stop. The service and food are first rate. Comfortably relaxed setting along with a nice view of the town. The small locals menu I ordered from got me the best porterhouse steak of our trip, and at close to the best price.

Although it's pricey, the food here is amazing. Love the vibe and the friendliness of the staff. The portions are huge. Definitely recommend a visit!

Great cut of steak. Though ribeye ordered rare it was cooked perfect. I'd go 4.5 as beer selection was limited. Service and quality experience there for a very popular tourist city

Wow wow wow... amazing meal! The waitress we had was amazing - super helpful and knew the menu like the back of her hand!! We had the oysters rockefeller, steak tartare, millionaire bone in striploin, and the white bean duck cassoulet... absolutely amazing - you need to hit this place up!!
