I'd recommend going to another location. I had a much better experience at the Wonderland & Oxford location when they were packed.Although the main course was tasty (I had the hand-carved prime rib), our dining experience was poor. They forgot our appetizers. Service was slow. Almost none of the steaks (5 of 6) were done as ordered. Heat seemed to get cranked up about halfway through our meal. Many items were out in the kitchen and the waitress didn't always ask about substitutions, she just brought us slightly different things.

Super reasonable! Went two out of 3 nights while in London, got the ribs both nights and was thoroughly pleased with the quality, but the price was unbelievable, $12 for a full rack on Wednesday’s. Lots of other good deals including their chicken and burgers, and going with the all-you-can-eat salad for $4 is a steal. Atmosphere is good, staff is friendly but the service can be a little slow. Overall great place for a bite to eat, family or not.

The food is always good, and the service has been good thus far. I just can't get over the "Honest to Goodness" fee (3% of your bill), prior to taxes. So if you have a substantial bill, 3% can add up, then taxed afterwards. It may not be a lot to some, but it's the point of it. I was told by a waitress that it's so Chuck's can keep prices lowered. But, the patrons are the ones paying to keep prices low. It makes zero sense really, and I'm totally unaware of any other restaurant that does this. And let's be honest, the prices aren't much different than the next place of its same calibre. I'm also hearing there's a hidden 4% fee that the wait staff have to pay. Now, that's just not ok, not at all. Why should wait staff have to pay ANY kind of fee for MY bill? If I leave a 15% tip, that 4% drops their tip down to 11%. That's really unfair.I'd love it if someone could clear this all up, if even possible.
