First time visiting since we are new to Fresno. The staff is super friendly and are available. TJ and Diego were always so pleasant and happy to help each we needed assistance with either machines running out of tickets and a game not working properly. We purchased the souvenir cups for the kids which you can bring a later visit for free refills. We really liked that there isn’t an entrance fee. We did get beer, and you are only allowed 2 per visit. Chuck E. Came by to each table to say hi to kids which I thought was very nice. I will definitely bring the kids back. We all had a super fun time. Thank you TJ and Diego for such excellent service.

Depending on if you do time play vs credit play. Credit play can be in increments of five bucks and up. Time play is a bit different, it's $28 per hour of play time. That one hour continuous and you can pause the playtime anytime but you must use it within the 24 hours you purchased the timed play. It's a better deal to do the credit play in my honest opinion as I purchased three one hours of playtime and it was expensive and we didn't know that you could pause the play time. So my kids spent the first hour just playing games. The games with the tickets seemed to gyp us a lot too.
Yes you can bring a cake even if it is not for a reserved party. We can also put it in the back fridge for you so it doesn't melt the only thing you can't bring in is outside food from other places and fruit trays but ice cream. Cakes. Cup cakes. Even decorations for your party is allowed but if you're not a reserved party you would be called a walk in and would have to ask if you can have tables in the back.
I'd recommend coming during a week day cause it is slow and better to get a table
