Loved it great time with my princesses

Our hostess May was very nice. However, the party area is a shared section. My daughter was not to thrilled to hear them sing "happy birthday (her name) and (another birthday boy's name)"

We visit here often. They have opted to keep the animatronic band and that is a real upsell for my kids. (They like five nights at freddys). The staff is always helpful. The only reason for 4 stars is we havent yet tried the birthday party experience and I'm waiting to see

It's what you expect. Greasy food and ticket games. The kids have fun and staff is cool.

The games have gotten easier. It's easier to hit jackpots. The food is good enough. Not as much fun rides and big interactive games though but there's a few.

Our 5 year old granddaughter wanted to go for her birthday, she could have chosen anyplace to go, Six Flags, Billy Beez, etc. We tried to change her mind, she didn't and we we went with reservations. We were pleasantly surprised. I haven't been in a few years, I like the changes that were made. All the games were working and the price to play the games with the coupon online was a great deal. The food is ok, we go there knowing this. It was fairly clean, compared to before, not crowded and the staff was friendly. We would go again if that's where they choose to go.

Took granddaughter today and she said "best day ever". I like the unlimited play for a certain time. We chose 45 minutes, you can do more or less. No tokens to worry about.

Awesome party. Didn't need to worry about a thing! Every detail was planned out by the staff. Our hostess Sheila was great! Extremely attentive. Food was good, the value was awesome for what we got. We got tons of extra tickets as well for taking a survey and booking the party on a certain date, so my son got some really good prizes. The only grievance I have is the ticket blaster. My son was looking forward to it sooo much, and when it was time, they said he could pick one friend to go on with him in front of the whole group. There were a bunch of really bummed out 5 year olds, which broke my heart. Maybe in the future, they should ask the parents first if there's another person they'd like to go I with, otherwise, it seems best not to even mention it in front of the kids. Other than that, I would highly recommend for birthdays! 2 thumbs up.

First time there was tonight. Both girls in the front were extremely polite and patience and useful. I haven't been to a chuck e cheese since I myself was too young to remember. I've heard bad things. My experience at this location far exceeded my best expectations. Unlimited play time is awesome. Ticket system with actual tickets rather than cards is awesome. Even the machine you feed them into. It's all part of a dying American experience I remember from the early 90s and were my best childhood memories. Whoever is making decisions for chuck e is doing a good job. This location especially was nice and clean and the pizza(I'm a chef by trade - a real chef) was actually very good. Cant wait to bring my 4 year old son back just him and I for some quality father son time. And bring the rest of the family too I guess!

The party host was awesome they helped us every step of the way. They took care of set up and tried to be as personal and helpful as possible. It was a little more then I wanted to spend but it was a wonderful experience for all of us

Fun place for kids.

May was amazing. The part was well organized and my four year old had a blast. Thanks a bunch 😍

Good for kids and have variety of arcade games

A bit out dated and charging $6 for a 12 oz beer. Obviously not a drinking place, but they serve it there. As expected, lots of junk for ticket rewards, I mean throw away stuff, not even dollar store worthy prizes lol. I think corporate folks here are enjoying the profits and investing very little back into the business, at least that was my perception from what I observed. Yes, very kid friendly and cost per machine is reasonable for the most part, just don't expect anything "latest and greatest".
