My son loves this place but my medium pizza and fries took over an hour to come out. And they always need help at the redemption counter. One girl asked for help from some new guy and his excuse... He wasnt trained. She told him she'd walk him through amd he declined. At that point, he doesnt need a job. Be grateful and help out where needed or give someone else the opportunity

Had a great time with the kids when we were there on a Thursday afternoon during spring break. They have lots of great games. Even a tall giraffe that you can climb up the stairs to pretend that you are sitting and riding the giraffe. Can easily spend a couple of hours there

It was good it seems like the manager was keeping everything in place

My great niece 5th party was a TOTAL hit. The staff was very friendly informative, patient and kind to our entire party.

Took over 1 and a half hours to get two pizzas. Staff seemed a bit rude all frowning and a bit with attitudes. Place was filthy.. and to top it off the mouse didnt come out to greet the children but was to busy with the private parties. ..

Good for a child's birthday party. Only one drawback is there was a 6 ft tall rat running around.

Wow a lot of tickets. Played to win. Service was a little slow but it was good service once we were waited on.

Prices are a bit steep. 11 dollars for 30 minutes of unlimited play. About 11 dollars for 3 soft drinks. Games are easy for kids to win tickets to redeem for prizes and the place was clean.

I love it although I saw the rat rip a kids head off and pee on their dead body but the pizza is yes

Only thing I would change about the birthday experience is to notify the party host when the pizzas are coming because I had my back turned and one table of kids had made 4 pizzas disappear. I was making sure everyone got enough and had to order more. If I'd been able to make the plates I would have probably saved money.

Friendly staff! Decent pizza and salad bar! Kids had a blast!

Can ask for anything more then what they do for kids. And that's of all ages. And the good is also good

This Chuck E. Cheese is a great place for the kids, This location is Very clean, No games are out of order and the staff is friendly and very helpful. Great deals on wednesday also 15$ for 1 hour of game play not bad. If you have kids and looking for FUN for the kids ( And a break for the parents) Give this location a shot Wont disappoint
