The location is great if you go when they first open. After 12 pm its a mad house. Machines constantly breakdown & steal your electronic tokens..the ticket counter has defects and gives you less credits. The chicken is good, but speed of service needs improvement.

Good was alright service was slow. Not many games most were broken and the ones that aren't are set to a max ticket prize of 8 so even if you beat the high score you barely get any tickets

Alright for games but the food is high And you have to play like 10,000 games just to get some decent tickets to get prizes

It's definitely a place where a kid can be a kid. I've had A LOT of my birthdays here when I was younger and I still enjoy it.

Chuck E Cheese is a really nice arcade the only complaint I have is about the staff. The day in which I was there the staff at the prize station was very rude. Before my turn a lady walked out with a finger ling worth 3000 tickets and a bunch of little things.Mind you when she came up to the booth she was yelling at the staff and saying how ger three little kids deserved the finger ling with a bag of tickets that couldn't have had any more than 400 tickets. Yet when it came to my turn having 2005 tickets from my siblings we walked out with three pieces of candy and a little squishy thing. It was absurd. The game area is nice but don't count on the staff to help you out.

Clean, safe and great customer service. They had a military special that was great for my family. The food was well put together and parking was available, overall it was a great experience and we will definitely go back.

My daughter and I had a great time there with my grandson, and her son! He had a ball! He's only one, but he walked around and touched everything! Which at his age, is awesome!
