This place is great, there pizza makes papa johns pizza look like a tv dinner. I was real flattered the place wasnt crowded. I would go again

Typically slow on weekdays which is good.

It's a good chucke cheese. Usually crowded and the customers are often a bit rude. The staff is very bad and aren't too responsive to customers. Several machines were broke and the staff didn't care to even try to address the issue.

Always busy and noisy, but the kids love it. I'm always amazed with the staff, I'd go nuts and don't know how they keep smiling.

My children have enjoy this place a lot. My whole family enjoy this experiencie indeed. Recommended to everybody!

I'll give it 3 stars because my children still enjoyed themselves. I remember when Chuck e cheese was the place to go for cheap fun. The whole system has changed. The cards instead of the tokens, the paying for time instead of a certain amount amount for games. I spent so much money I definitely wasn't expecting to. And I paid for the buffet thinking they added pizza to it but there was pizza and no salad bar just lettuce cheese and dressing. There were a couple of games that also weren't working. I could have taking them to dinner and to a park and they would have been just as satisfied. Times have really changed.

We had a great time! The staff were courteous. The establishment was pretty clean; but of course, there were lots of children running around. We would definitely go back.

Day pass is great for getting lots of tickets!!

We had a birthday party here for my 6 y/o son and it was awesome. The kids had a ball and the staff was incredible! Thank you Chuck E. Cheese Richmond Hwy!

I had a wonderful time at Chuck E. Cheese, with my grandbaby Amani and her friend Tayla!!Mostly, I left my debit card in the purchase machine and one of your employees came over and verified me and gave me my card back!! The thought of my debit card being used my someone else, was terrifying!! I couldn't have thanked her enough, I will always come back to CHUCK E. CHEESE, for fun and honesty!!!!

Very kind helpful staff The games are fun for adults too.
