Chuck E. Cheese

Chuck cheese is one of the kids favorite spot for birthday parties.We organized our daughter s bday party and paid extra amount for the show room area. Our slot was 11 to 1pm they let us in at 10 55am which is okay but they decorated showroom area for the multiple parties and gave us small space. I paid extra amount for the full place. When I raised this concern ... both staff and GM were not fine. They were rude and disrespectful. Majority of cards which they provided to kids were not workingJuice was in the package but they gave empty cups to the kids and staff as said before difficult to find I am very surprised as they charged me the amount for full showroom and gave me two small tables adding photo as wellMy suggestion please think before organizing your kids b day over here

They should have more games. Kids enjoy their time though.

Food is surprisingly very good. Games selection is somewhat underwhelming. Seemed like it was better back in token days. All game machines produce the same amount of tickets, so it lost that skill/luck component to playing. On the flip side, there's no pressure with trying to win and you can enjoy simply playing the game.This brings me to the next point that the unlimited play isnt as valuable as it would appear as most games take longer than a minute to play. You actually get more game time by playing per point value.

This has got to be one of the worst Chuck-E-Cheeses I have ever taken my kids. The food was disgusting for the price the bathrooms were dirty. one person working so people are waiting 10-15 minutes to even get through the door to get the stamp that wasn't because there was 30 people in front of them. One woman waited 10 minutes before going through looking for somebody to stamp her saying hello at the kitchen door up at the register saying hi I ended up calling the place three times before someone even came out from the back. they had the Chuck-E-Cheese on the screen stating he was coming out get ready for the dance and the ticket splash they showed Chuck-E-Cheese on the screen dancing and the ticket splash. Chucky did come out once he walked around gave a couple high fives and was gone. I just can't believe it and maybe it's because the other ones are ran different or have more funding or whatever the case but this place could really use some improvement.

Kids birthday party. They do a really nice job.

Good place to go play with your kids just get the time instead of the points you will play more.

It's Chuck E. Cheese what more can I say. I remember when I was a kid there was a token system not much fun when you ran out of tokens. They have a card system now where it's all you can play based off time so 22$ gets you 1hr of play not bad. I take my kid every so often all the games work, place is clean, everyone is nice. Would give it 5 stars but not to many games to choose from my kid runs around in a circle playing same games.food is really good to but extremely grease

We went 5pm on a Friday. It wasn't crowded since school is around the corner. It was clean and organized. I read they are trying to change the menu to accommodate parents. As its really you childrens experience that's a priority I didn't have an issue wirh the basic pick a plan option. Our medium size pizza was hot;a little salty than most but I though tasty enough. We also got teriyaki wings they were on the small nearly petite side but the flavor was fine. I think its ideal for kids 2 to 5 if you want to give them a nite out or rainy day option. They'll feel independent. Kids close to or even over 5 may find it boring as the games are over with really fast not to mention they are not that challenging.Id take them to Yestercades instead.

Best thing is I have never seen it ridiculously busy like others... and it's always CLEAN!

From a mom's point of view, this C.E.C was extremely understaffed! From my child's point of view, C.E.C is heaven on earth. I took my kids during the week to play. I would not step in that place on a weekend though!
