There are not enough employees working the floor. And we were charged 3 dollars for a water cup... a little nuts. But hey my kid loves it.

Always has a fun cheerful staff. They are helpful and engage well with children. Space is clean, and we'll kept. Most games are working all of the time. The food is pretty good actually. Great place to bring the family

My grandson birthday party and no reservations. They were very accommodating! Great job guy's!

Had my step son's 9th birthday there. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. All the games but one were up and running and the place was rather clean for a Saturday afternoon. I ordered the salad bar ontop of the party order. The salad bar was clean and stocked with a good choice of toppings and sides, was worth the $8 and change. Didnt use the restroom while there so I cant comment on that. Overall I had a great time as did my step son and his party.

Enjoyed a beautiful banquet in the hall. I will be returning. The food was delicious and nicely put together . The cheese cake was divinely inspired. Wow yummy!! The decor with the facility stand out

The first time I came was just with my daughter. We stood in the entrance for several minutes before being stamped, and then we stood in front of the order counter for several more minutes, waiting for someone to show up so we could order food and play time. No one showed up, so we left. Next, my daughter's father treated her here and we all entered together. Front staff should ask about parties, because we all ended up with the same stamp, but my ex has several restrictions through our divorce order and his having the same stamp as us was concerning because he could have snuck out with my daughter.The food is good, the pizza surprisingly fresh. Toy prizes are typical for kids' arcades, and the animatronics are creepy, but my daughter had fun.

My kids had a great time. The pizza was actually good and the place was clean. Definitely bringing them back.

Had never been to one but took grandkids and we all had a blast. Great approach to arcade games - you purchase time on a card and can play anything as long as time left. Plus multiple people can use the card. Kids don't have to budget tokens or keep asking for money. Pizza is ok too but the games are the attraction.

Good place for younger kids bday parties or just for fun entertainment, not too expensive. But don't eat the pizza it is absolutely horrible.

Got some new games. Broken games are fixed right away. Employees are attentive and courteous. Lots of ticket producing games.

The pizza has improved. Buy tokens the hour unlimited isn't worth it if it is crowded. The offer military packages and coupons on their website. We have had a couple of birthday parties there and the staff were really nice. Kids had a goodtime.

Fun place for the kids. Conveniently located near shopping.

They have a pass that you can get for time instead of points and it was great! My kids ready around for an hour playing! I totally wanted to do it, too. Plus the pizza was unexpectedly delicious! And the service was great!
