Service was great. Loved the renovations. Loved that they took out the kids maze due to unsanitary reasons. Overall this location made me want to start back going with my kids after not having been in a year. Kudos.Didn't give a5 because 🍕 still in question...

The venue got a facelift and it's even more fun now for the kids. The pizza is delicious and customer service is wonderful.

Staff was very friendly!! But that is why they get a 3. The bathrooms are gross and their is no changing table in the mens room. They dont clean tables quickly and leave alot of people hanging around but still sell food. Prizes suck especially since you have to earn so many tickets.

My children love it here! $20 for a full hour of unlimited play is a great deal!! Love it

Outstanding service this evening at Chuckee Cheese. I’ve been visiting this location about 14 years and they have one of the most vibrant customer oriented team lead or manager I’ve encountered there to date. This was maybe the fourth visit we’ve crossed paths with her. Her kindness is from the heart. Awesome personality to have in a kiddy environment. Customer service at The check in, power card purchase, ticket machine assistance, and prize selection were all good. It was clean. I have to get use to the new floor plan. Chuckee came out and danced several times. Several associates on the floor available to assist.

I've been here for two birthdays one before and one after the renovation. The renovation was a huge boost - the whole place is brighter, better laid-out, and cleaner feeling. My 5 and 3 year olds had a blast, but it does require a lot of parental engagement to help them with the games when they are that young. The best way to play with kids I think is to buy the hourly passes, that way continues can be frequent and the parent is less concerned about play duration or value for the money.

We went for a birthday party and Cynthia went above and beyond what I have ever experienced! She made the party so enjoyable and treated all of the kids with so much kindness! Definitely scheduling my kids parties here!

Great experience! I used a coupon from their website and chose to do the timed play rather than play credits. It was the perfect option! My 5 yr old was able to play all he wanted without the worry of not having enough credits. We wound up with about 300 tickets after 45min. Most games gave us about 4-6 tickets. Of course the prizes are still WAY too many tickets but he left with 4 small items.

Pizza was better than expected. There were a good amount of games my 2 year old son enjoyed. It was crowded, but we went on a Saturday afternoon/evening.

My daughter just had a great birthday party with her entire class at Chuck E. Cheese. We all had a great time. Thank you!

I took my grandson he really enjoyed games and pizza was actually very good, theVeggie had alot of fresh cut veggie. We will definitely go again.
