Over priced for the quality. Carnitas tacos were very dry and the salsa on top was composed of mediocre tomatoes that had the texture of Roma tomatoes. Soupa de Lima was mediocre to fair, but definitely not living up to its price point. Presentation of foods were nice, the visual layout of the restaurant is great, but lack of tapestries or other sound absorbing surfaces make it a loud space.

Sat at the bar for my first visit. Friendly & attentive service, good tequila/mezcal selection and -based cocktail menu. Only ordered a snack (the plátanos), but they were tasty. A welcome addition to the peri-Kaiser/lower Piedmont block, and much better value for the money compared to prior offerings. Only complaint is that they close quite early (21:00), though staff mentioned they were hopeful this may change in the near future.

Good food, lively cheerful + casual atmosphere.
