Chopt Creative Salad Co.

Park road location is as slow as Christmas. I ordered online and still wait 10-15 minutes past my pick up time. I work I work at the hospital so my time is limited.

You know the staff were great. But the salad. Completely torn apart. The order on both salads were half filled and felt scammed. It was a nice location - weak salad.

I've been here three times and have enjoyed it each time. Lots of good choices and customization options. I also think it's cool that they show their calorie counts on the menu. This place gets packed though, so we've found it best to go a little early. I think one of these would make a killing in uptown without even having to have seating. I feel like the ingredients here are quality. The bread is good, too. I wish they had soups though, to dip my bread into. I still miss Souper Salad.

This particular Chopt location is quite nice. It has a great open and fresh feel inside and is a good size. There is plenty of seating inside, and a few tables outside. The staff were alright, not overly friendly or patient, or welcoming for that matter. The cashier seemed nice enough, though wouldn't you if taking money from someone?The food was typical Chopt. Great fresh food, and delicious salads. As with all Chopt locations, pretty overpriced for a salad, but always enjoy so shouldn't complain too much. Plenty of parking out front, though not that easy to spot from surrounding main roads --it's buried in the Park Road shopping plaza.

Ordered on the app for convenience so when I got there I could just take my food and go. When I showed up my food was not there so I asked the cashier and they said they never received the order even though I had my confirmation number. Waited for 10 minutes and then asked the cashier again and they said someone grab my order. I think twice about ordering some from here again

The best salad shop in town! And great customer service!!

I worked at this store for exactly 8 months. I enjoyed almost every single interaction I had with my customers. I learned a lot too. I hadn’t worked in a high volume counter serve restaurant setting before here.One night I had guns pointed at me, and one day I got the worst news of my life, while on the clock waiting to use the bathroom. There were really hard days is what I’m saying. But I was still sad to leave because the people who work here are great and I enjoyed being one of them.And I miss my salads 😂

Delicious place! Love going here when I get the chance. If they brought one to the northern part of Charlotte, I wouldn't mind at all. 😊

This chain has a great selection of healthy foods that are delicious, made with your selection of ingredients and mixed and chopped for you. The dressings are fresh and richly flavored. The process is well-thought and moves quickly. You get enough for two meals. Give this restaurant a try - it's definitely worth it.

I love this place, I could eat here 4 or 5 times a week. Great service, fast moving line and everyone is always very nice and helpful. It is a fun atmosphere and love seeing people smile.

Love this place! You can build your own bowl or pick from already crafted salads. They are moderately priced, their location is at the Park Road Shopping Center (so, fairly easy to find a spot), and their customer service is great. Nice selection of drinks( in house lemonade/tea, LaCroix, San Pellegrino) and they offer you a slice of bread with your salad. Ingredients are always fresh!

Love the salads! I just wish they would give you more dressing. For how big the salad is you’d expect two portion containers of dressing.

Typically enjoy Chopt, however worst customer service I’ve experienced at the Park Rd location. They left the grilled chicken off my salad unfortunately I didn’t check until I got home. Sunny, one of the managers, was EXTREMELY RUDE when I notified the restaurant. Non apologetic!

Park Road offers a great Chopt experience. Fresh ingredients, service is excellent, and staff are skilled. The Arboretum location offered a vastly different experience. Online order was mostly correct, ingredients not so fresh, and vibe was off. To compare, rate Park Road a 4+ star, Arboretum a 2 star.
