Good food and good customer service. A little pricey for what it is, but that is pretty standard for downtown.

The salad was good as always. I asked for more cheese and that wasn't a problem also. It wasnt crowded around the time I was there (dinner time)

The food here is healthy, fresh and fast. If you like spice, the Mexican goddess dressing is bomb. I'll definitely be back.

I tried their Harvest bowl, it's one of their warm options, and it was delicious!

Food is always good. The atmosphere was kind of rough in there, maybe it was the Sunday blues.

An awesome selection of salads, that both taste great and are healthy. The vibe is lovely, staff are always happy and friendly, and the prices aren't bad either.Please come to Australia! I'm only here for a short time but will miss your salads when I'm gone!

Great food, quick service although it seemed like a long line during the lunch rush. Good vegetarian and vegan options.

I wasn't going to give it 5 stars because of the INSANELY long line but that's not the restaurant's fault. It's a victim of its own success but also that's the way it worked out. I typically brown bag my lunch but can't when I have a random meeting within the city. My meeting was a 1 star (also not their fault), the line wrapping around was a 3 star experience in the making (gut fear that we'd wait in line the entire lunch break, then have to go back to the office hungry and disappointed), but the speediness of the workers, efficiency of checkout, and friendliness of everyone working behind the counter is a 5 star. I also love the fact that I ate a "fast food" healthy lunch, with locally sourced ingredients, and it filled me up. Well done!

The perfect health food and great tasty eats

First time at CHOPT. Very interesting concept, healthy n good tasting salad and fairly fast. I liked it. Would definitely have it again if near by one.

I grabbed the chicken tinga bowl for dinner. It was definitely a full meal, and had a good kick. A bit pricey ($14+ with a drink), but I didn't feel ripped off.

This place is usually packed during lunch time, so it's best to come before 11:30am if you want to get your salad as quickly as possible. I loved getting their Smoky Santa Cruz all the time, and it was the only salad I would order; unfortunately, they decided to change the menu and took it off for good. They can still make a variation of it, but they don't have the same kale they used for the specific salad. Since I got tired of having to point out which ingredients I wanted instead of just telling them Smoky Santa Cruz, I decided to try the Chicken Tinga. The Chicken Tinga is served warm, and they do not chop it up because it would get pretty messy if they tried to chop it. It's good with the Mexican Goddess dressing, and I like it when they use a lot of it on my salad. Overall, the salad is good on a chilly day, but I wish they would bring back the Smoky Santa Cruz.
