Chopt

I don't know why people love Chopt so much. It's expensive AF for no reason, and it isn't even that good. Plus, if you don't order by a certain time (like before 11:30), you'll end up waiting 45 minutes to pick up your order, or may not even be able to put in an order at all. I recently ordered via Ritual, but only because there was a $5 off for first-time orders. I had the Chicken Tinga Warm bowl, which is warm grains (quinoa/brown rice) with braised chicken tinga, avocado, black beans, tortilla chips, scallions, cotija cheese, and marinated kale with Mexican Goddess dressing. I also added corn to it. The chicken was a bit dry, and they skimped on the dressing. I don't think I'd order again, even if there was another coupon.

There's usually a long line but the salads are great!

OMG!! black hair in my salad gross can never eat there again without thinking of it !!! plus the staff is always rude and mess up my order. Such a shame it’s a health hazard really hair in my food !?! Come on. Other locations are much better

Delicious and healthful 'craft-your-own' salad. Prices are to be expected given the store's location. Longer than usual wait times during peak hours (no surprise there too).

Good and healthy

I've been ordering from this location several times and besides the wait being horrible (ok, they're busy), the portion they serve is so inconsistent. Every time, I order the same thing and most times when I order through the Chopt app or Ritual they give 3/4 of a bowl. One time I confronted the girl working there and she said that's the size. But how come when I stay in line and order in person I get more? I should get more, those salads aren't cheap. Ordering through the app or Ritual is a gamble, like I'm paying for the convenience. I get it you're busy at lunch time, but get your stuff together.

Slow service. Cashier ignored me when I asked for a receipt.

I've been here twice; never again. This place is just terrible. First time, I went after-hours and the staff obviously was just not in the mood. They were rude and skipped me in line because they arbitrarily assigned my salad to a "chopper" that had a family's worth of salads to prepare ahead of me (not his fault). The staff asked me to get out of the way, instead of choosing the next available chopper to prepare my food, because of this system. I spent over 20 minutes there with 4 people ahead of me (all in the same family, all waiting for my chopper). I didn't even get the salad in the end. A friend with me told me that I should've said something to the manager but I just wanted to leave. Second time, I used the order ahead option, and while no issues arose from ordering, the salad itself (California Steak) was completely salad and essentially no steak. I've had good experiences at the FiDi location but I won't be back to Brookfield.

Awful services! Tried to tell the cashiers that they charged me more than the price on the menu, the 1st cashier didn’t even care to answer, then the 2nd cashier tried to explain it’s just part of the taxes, which made no sense. None of them even checked the menu. Then later I found out myself they charged me with a wrong and more expensive salad.

Solid Salads, my favorite is the chicken po boy salad. The line is very long on work days during lunch, so I would recommend to get there at 11:45 AM to beat the lunch rush.

If you need something quick or wanna stay healthy for the day this is the place to be. The kale chicken Caesar salad is soooo good! You’re definitely getting a good amount for what you’re paying for. In each of those bowls there is a ton of salad that will fill you up! I never get to finish mine. In terms of quality? Very delicious. Oh and it’s made right in front of your eyes so you get to pick and choose the amounts of everything you want.

Very busy and long lines, but they manage to keep it moving. Good salads and friendly service despite how busy the staff is.

You can never go wrong with Chopt. Great salads with fresh ingredients. Fast, attentive, friendly service. Military discount makes it even better.
