Chive Sea Bar and Lounge has awesome food and best service in downtown Savannah. Our dining experience were very memorable because of the outstanding service, excellent food and relaxing atmosphere. Good foods, good service, good laughs with good friends.....that’s priceless. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Had an amazing evening at Chives Sea Bar & Lounge. Morgan at the bar was absolutely spot on with her recommendations. We had the best She Crab Soup we gave ever had. Then Clams Casinos & Seared Scallops with Vegetables. Well worth the trip to this great spot near Johnson Square. If you visit Savannah don't miss this restaurant.

There was a 2.5 hr wait without reservations. But the Food was delicious and the atmosphere is so relaxing I wanted to fall asleep after dinner

4.5 stars. Asian flare. Food is satisfying! We ordered lamb, grilled salmon, and buffalo tenderloin, calamari for app. All are super delicious. The buffalo tenderloin and lamb are just a tad salty. The calamari is crispy outside and tender inside.

I love this place! Their Stuffed striped bass is to die for. If I lived nearer I'd have it for lunch every week. It's just that good! Perfect pairing of thai spicy chuchi sauce, perfectly seasoned bass and huge lump crab. Their calamari is one of the best I've ever had too. Price is so worth it - portions are really great for a small plate. I can't wait to go back!

This place is so great! The food, in particular the She Crab Soup and Scallops and Orzo were mouth watering delicious! So delicious I want to move here just for this food!

Chive is out of this world - from the cocktail menu and wine list to the absolutely amazing crab bisque - this spot is an absolute gem when it comes to elegant dining in Savannah. Not to mention the ambience and music were spot on for a romantic dinner. What’s more, the service was impeccable - thank you Emily and Allen for such a special time. We’ll be back for more soon!

we had a wonderful experience here. We got there early which is smart since there are no reservations. The food was excellent, the drinks were excellent. The service was quite good. We had a range of seafood, as well as steak. Everyone enjoy their meal.

06Mar20 - Our Anniversary Date Night Dinner in Savannah, GA!!!OMG .... this hidden gem.was AAAMMMAAAZEBALLS!!!! And the service---fantisimo!!!! Thank you to our main waiter Juan and all of the staff (including the kitchen). Because of the comedy show we just saw, we got there with only 15 mins to closing (everything in Savannah seems to close by 10 or 11p btw lol). But unlike some other places I won't name (begins with the letter T), they didn't discourage us from coming in, they didn't even bring it up...they sat us down and even the next three couples who came in after us. They didn't kniw it was our anniversary ... they treated us all with class. They didn't rush our orders. The food came out amazingly. The drinks, refreshing (and you can take out what you don't finish). Everything was so well done...and they ALL did it everything with a smile...and "it was my pleasure to serve you" comments. AMAZING!!!!! Oh and get the Tuna Ceviche appetizer 😎

Have great food! We went for lunch we had the shrimp and lobster roll appetizer with a pineapple mango dip very good. We had the red snapper risotto (only serve this dish at lunch) and my husband had the Grilled salmon salad, both were excellent with filled with flavor. Definitely be going back. The staff was very inviting and friendly. The atmosphere is very sleek and modern but you can still walk in off the street casually dressed (which we did) the hostess assured us we were fine and she was right. Never felt uncomfortable, others were also casual. Relaxing environment

First time here and the food is to die for! I mean it is amazing! I feel in love with all of it. Oh and our staff was friendly and funny and the guests were friendly too! Super clean and all around a great experience. Thank you for the amazing food and experience!

My boyfriend suggested this restaurant and it was a wonderful choice. I enjoyed the Chilean Sea Bass and crab soup. He ordered scallops which were moist and delicious. It is a good place to take a date. They have a nice cocktail menu and service was quick.

We came here for our 2nd Anniversary Dinner and the experience is awesome! Fried Shrimp was too good...Crab cake, risotto and grilled fish was mouth watering. Loved the ambience as well as the hospitality... Superb!
