Chipotle Mexican Grill

I’m so excited to have a Chipotle on the NE side of town! We enjoyed lunch there today. The food was great and the service was fast friendly. We’ll definitely be back... OFTEN!

I really enjoyed my visit as my interactions with the line employees was quick and they were very attentive. They each spoke clearly and loud enough that I could hear while remaining eye contact. My bowl was assembled neatly and a timely fashion and even when my parents did not pay attention to a question asked each employee waited to regain eye contact to ask again without raising their voice or sounding irritated. Will for sure visit this location again!

Soft opening today! It's so awesome to have a Chipotle on this side of town. We will definitely be eating here often.

Meal was given to me 14 minutes after estimate. I understand it was an estimate, but 14 minutes late at a fast food restaurant when there was no crowd? Staff was totally unapologetic for the lateness and when I pointed out they shorted me on an item I paid for. They seemed "put out" to correct their mistake and give me what I paid for. Total fail on staff. For was reasonably good, but a little cold when I got home 10 minutes later. Either the foot started a little too cool or their containers were insufficient to hold the heat properly.

Incompetence abounds... this place is new, and they can't keep it clean !! Do not go if can avoid it.. there are plenty of better alternatives...

Hot mess every time I go there. They're always running out of things, to-go is rarely on time, and the managers/ employees are not efficient. Hit or miss w the taste of the rice. The wait is long. The girls on the register, however, are polite and fast.

The food is delicious & their chips are better than most locations. However, the servers need to be consistent with portion size; they seem to skimp on rice and meat during the lunch rush. For the price they’re charging I shouldn’t have to complain about my bowl being half full. Thankfully I encountered a pleasant worker when I returned my bowl to be remade.

I love Chipotle. First time coming to this location since opening. Did mobile order pick up. My bowl barely had any chicken in it, and the things I asked extra of didn't look extra. My bowl shouldn't be half full when I open it. I didn't know until I got home but I was so hungry at that point and exhausted I just ate it. Disappointed.

Wonderful service. The manager was quick to get her team in order. The food was delicious and the service was fast. The environment was great. Will definitely be returning soon!

It's chipotle. The food is always great but this location is new and with hiw well they run it, you would never know. Great staff. And conveniently located.

I had someone else's order when I got home!! Something I dont even eat so I'm still hungry!!!

They gave me BURNT chips !!!! And when I asked to get other chips they gave me more BURNT chips!! Then got an attitude with me! I will never be coming back to this location. Sir I am paying for your food and you want to catch an attitude with me never again. I do not recommend it.

I love Chipotle, I sometimes eat Chipotle's four times a week mainly the Gervais St location. I normally dont frequent this particular location but the last two times has been a different Chipotle's than I've ever experienced.The brown rice was hard, the chicken bowl was horrible!I've never had bad food from a Chipotle's, this was just nasty. I'll travel another 10 miles to get the Chipotle's I'm use to.

Friendly staff and good customer service. Take their time with preparing the food for their customers.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Not only were they out of multiple times, the line was almost out of the building, no one was communicating, no management anywhere to be seen, trashes overflowing, and then the check out girl folded my quesadilla in half and tossed it in the bottom of the bag. I will never go back to this location.
