Chipotle Mexican Grill

Staff was not engaged in the least. Burritos do not require a ladle of sour cream. Also, cashier put extra item from next order in our bag and flagged us down in the parking lot.

This chipotle is as amazing as any other.The line was super long, but they worked quickly and I didnt feel as though I waited too long. The new steak is awesome!

Always great food, never dissatisfied with taste. But beware they seem to serve significantly less than all other chipotle I had been to. Even after asking for extra and paying for extra portions just aren't what their supposed to be. All that aside staff is friendly and place is always clean .

I wouldnt even rate this a one star. When i recieved my food (a rice bowl) I bit into it but when I did, I felt a large piece of wood chip in my mouth. Very upset, I tried to call the location to notify them that this was a problem on their end and all I recieved was 2 answers and 2 hang ups. Very very unprofessional.

My wife and I love Chipotle. Unfortunately, this location in particular has issues. I feel like every time we order from here, something happens. A couple of examples are, chips are wet/soggy/stale, food was wrong on multiple occasions (we order using the app most of the time) and that’s just 2 examples. Unfortunately for me, I will have to go to another location and hopefully that will solve the many problems I have encountered.

Food was delicious! Got the steak bowl.all the ingredients were fresh tasting and the meat was nice and tender.

My food was served hot and fast. Although they are very bad at extra veggies when asked.

Terrible service, rude employees, I could give a monkey my order and it would do a better job. The people who work here are so disrespectful and are clearly uneducated, to the point they can’t even get a simple order in person correct. It’s pretty sad when you work in fast food and can’t even get that right, especially with someone standing right in front of you telling you their order.

Food bad at best. Chipotle was rebooting their registers...at noon...with a line out the door and oh...no credit!

Always consistent, decent food. I haven't been here in awhile, but felt like the chips weren't seasoned as well as they used to be, but overall, a good place to eat.

Absolute trash.My order was wrong, didn't put on sour cream or salsa, didn't put on double meat. When I asked for a refund they directed me to their website.Absolutely pathetic. Avoid this place like the plague.

I usually really enjoy Chipotle, but my latest trip to this location was nothing but unpleasant. The employee that served me was rude and did not follow directions to my order. I will not be returning to this location

Earned two stars because the quality of the food was fine. Lost three stars because the restaurant was a total mess. Dirty tables, dirty floor. Water in the hall leading to the bathrooms. No toilet paper in the women's restroom and a toilet flooding because patrons using paper towels. (I notified the staff of this issue and not certain they did anything to resolve it.) Ended up using men's restroom out of desperation. (Um. Yeah. Will hold it next time.) We'd ordered via the app as we were driving through on I-90. They never pulled the order off of their system, only finding it after our "order ready time" was 8+ minutes over due and we asked a staff member about it. No apologies given. Will find another quick dinner spot next time we're driving through.

Love this place but make sure u buy chipotle away...south park fans know what I'm talking about🤣🤣🤣🤣
