Chipotle Mexican Grill

It looks so nice in there and whenever they run out of an ingredients, they automatically get to replacing it (unlike south park). Ashley is so sweet and amazing!

I never leave reviews but I’m giving a one because as soon as you walk in the team members are so passive aggressive. You can tell it’s a toxic environment. I don’t blame them for that though and I’m sure they could be paid better especially with how busy it gets. You can tell they are overwhelmed. I asked nicely for steak and the server just scrapped the end of the tub which was barely anything. Asked her if they’d be making more steak and she just ignored me. Asked for chicken on top of it and the server just slammed it into the bowl like I was a nuisance for asking lmao. I mean I just want what I’m paying for you know? I wasn’t rude about it any way. I would avoid and go to another location.

Was really looking forward to enjoying my bowl after a hard day at work but WHYYYY is the rice CRUNCHY?!? Where is the quality control Chipolte? Nope, it wasn't hard rice from the bottom of the container. It was a fresh batch, just put on the line so you KNOW I was glad about fresh rice. It's fresh alright. Freshly harvested and dang near untouched by the cooking process. Do better.

The taste was good Service is not bad Price was reasonable

I mean, it's fast food, right? But it's healthy and tasty, and the staff was courteous and efficient.

They’ve started charging for the salad dressing; no other chipotle does that. Also, this store is notorious for skimping people on portions. Just give people the standard, what they’re paying for and stop being so greedy.

The staff does not listen they rush and throw toppings on. They charge $2 for guacamole but do not give full scoop and when you ask for a full $2 scoop they charge extra! I asked checkout girl why i was charged extra when I didn't get extra and didn't answere nor did she get me the manager. I called to speak to the manager while in the store since she didnt want to get him and she said something in spanish to her coworkers and they hung up on me.. Extremely annoyed and never going back

i’ve had several negative experiences with this location. i’ve ordered online for pick up and my bowl has been swapped with someone else’s bowl, and once i got my right order i didn’t even have what i asked for in it. i’ve also ordered 2 bowls at once a separate time, and asked for an extra side of chips and queso and the queso was spilled open with a hole in the bag as well. i also did not acquire the side of chips either. the customer service is not good at all, i accidentally ordered from the wrong location one time and asked tried calling the store for a refund, and once the bot said they were transferring me to a person at the store, it asks me for an access code and since i’m unaware of an access code it hangs up on me. so i end up going inside the store and they tell me to call a number, and that the process is fully online and they were basically useless. i called the number and could barely understand them, and was just very frustrated. overall terrible and never going back.

This is twice now that we’ve ordered from this one for door dash delivery and received the completely wrong order. They refused to remake but we did get our money back thankfully. Don’t think we’ll be ordering from this one again. Get some quality control on your line.

2nd worst chipotle I’ve ever eaten at. Short you on meat every time. I get double meat everytime and they still barely give a full portion. It’s like they’re being coached to be the worst chipotle in the nation. Insane.

workers were very unkind. i’m allergic to cilantro and i know a manager at another location, and if you ask for rice without cilantro they should have some on hand at all times for the same reason. couldn’t get rice in my bowl, so feel like i wasn’t at all getting my money’s worth. the workers snickered at me and looked at me very judgmentally when i asked. the location closer to target on university is much better.

Service was terrible. The staff on the line was moving too fast to the point they were slopping my food on my bowl. Also the the staff member preparing.my food had to open my container 3 freaking times bc she was not listening to me and she was moving too fast. I was heated, not going back.

Out of all chipotle this was the worst. Horrible food line, they instead of putting the portion of spoon of rice,beans they put half a spoon you ask extra they put a teaspone and then ignore you when u ask for a side of the item to get regular size portion. The bowl was less then half way with all items and they wanna charge regular. Any how paid for it never again going back. Also not to mention kitchen was dirty, and food area.

I've only been there twice and the food was pretty decent. I happened to arrive right before the "long lines" that every other review describes both times, though I did sit and watch as it quickly snaked toward the door. This location is fairly small for the amount of traffic it gets.
