Chipotle Mexican Grill

Food is great. Customer service needs some work. During the day the staff is attentive and pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately it seems like after 9pm you are made to feel like a nuisance during their closing preparations. Orders are difficult with many things having to be repeated because the employees are scrambling to search for every other ingredient that they left empty in hopes not to have to replace (915pm close at 10pm). Chips have been charged but forgotten!

I like it, I love it, I want more of it.

I love those Chipotle Mexican Grill Restaurants, you should come over to Europe and open some placed in German cities. This would be a tasteful alternative to other standard fast food chains from the us dominating Europe. Or is there any Chipotle in Europe already?

good food, can’t ever complain, one of my fav places. but there’s one older lady who works there who is unbelievably STINGY with servings. like she gets deducted from pay everytime she fills a bowl.

This location is usually pretty busy because it's so close to the airport. Food quality is always top notch. Occasionally they are short staffed and sometimes seem to lack training on how to make certain items. Overall it's the quality you expect from a Chipotle.

I typically get a burrito bowl, and my meal was actually very good this time (fresh, hot, not overloaded with the soggier toppings); but overall Chipotle is just okay to me. More often than not I find the meat to be dry or grisly (steak or chicken), and the toppings just make everything a soggy blob of mixed food. Their hot salsa is really tasty, but I usually end up with stale or just meh chips. So all that is to say it's just ok and not something I tend to crave or seek out. The staff has always been great, so no problems there at least. The Post/Airport Rd location in Warwick is always nice and clean too.

I've had them you lunch a few times in the last couple weeks and the food is consistently good.

Yummy and quick. The restaurant was nice and clean. The line moved fast, but oh my, I just missed the lunch crowd. Still, it seemed to move fast. Lots of guac and my bowl was delicious!
