Chipotle Mexican Grill

Food was shared in small portion. I couldn't beleive that the bowl for $7 never even reached the line. It tasted great and staff was nice. It was clean environment.

Really good service. Food tastes amazing.

Just need to clean the tables more often

Bowls are halfway empty! Should fill the space with rice at least, it’s cheap but will make a visual difference.

Chipotle in Hyannis is almost always a great experience. The food is fresh and well made as well as being natural/organic so it can be a fairly healthy option depending on what you order. It is reasonably priced for what it is and the staff is always friendly. Online ordering is easy and convenient, but I do always make sure I check my bag to be sure everything I ordered is there. I've only had one instance where a burrito bowl and a kid's taco meal were poorly packaged and leaked. Occasionally, I get a burrito bowl or a bag of chips that seem a bit light. I generally make 2 meals of a burrito bowl so it is something I notice, but not something that is going to kill me or cause me to make a fuss. Overall, this is a very good place to get takeout (I have never dined in) and I do so about 1-4 times a month. I don't think I've ever been to another Chipotle so I can't compare this location to others, but this one is good.

Not a bad Chipotle have had better in other locations. Portions small. Overall not bad not great middle of the road.

Great food!

Food is usually very good and portion sizes are very filling. TIP: get the bowl not the burrito. Service is usually very quick unless the person in front of you never had to choose what to put on their burrito before, or they left the newbie on the line by themselves.

Very nice people! Just moved here and happy to come across some nice people! They offer the tofu protein which I usually get at other locations.

Great service whether ordering in or online. Anyone who has ever waited on me has been courteous and efficient. The food is also delicious and always tastes fresh.

Food is always great, but most of the staff is horribly rude. I always make it a point to say thank you, but when you say it so much and only get a glare it makes you not want to say it anymore. Common courtesy. The one time I rushed in to get my takeout order, without saying anything, as I was leaving one of the employees yells a "your welcome!" at me. So rude and petty.

I enjoy Chipotle when its executed properly. I have had mixed experiences when it come to this store in particular. My first experience was just how I remembered from the stores I went to in FL in the early days of Chipotle. I'm not sure why it's not as consistent as others I've been to. Mabey its corporate involvement, attempting to cut food costs but sometimes it seems I end up with a portion of what I used to get and the quality of ingredients varies. Usually comes down to the people working in the store but overall usually a good experience. Mabey "fast-food" is just better in the south.
