Chipotle Mexican Grill

I WISH I could rate "0" stars after tonight! I have been a loyal customer for 7+ years now. Never have I EVER experienced such poor customer service in life! I simply walked in, no one ahead of me, 5 workers present, not one single employee even acknowledged my presence, nor said a simple "Hello". Then they went on to having an entire conversation amongst their fellow coworkers for at least 1 minute(way too long for there to be no line), still ignoring the fact that I have YET to be served! Then I guess when it was my turn to be served all they did was throw on my food any type of way on my burrito and in my burrito bowl! I'm sorry if you have an issue take it out of your workplace!Unfortunately Chipotle has lost my services and I highly recommend the management get a better way to facilitate their company policy through better serving the public! Very disappointed...this occurred at location 1780 N congress Ave. Boynton Beach, FL 33426(Across IHOP)

Made to order Mexican food. Good quality and flavor. Like any other well run Chipotle.

Very fast service, food as always delicious 🤤. Although most of there locations are very cold lol but the food was delicious and hot! Very content and happy 😊

I just ate at this chipotle after being gone for 6 months. The the manager recognized me and welcomed me with a smile. After helping me to my table another employee came out from the kitchen to say Hi. I felt like I came home. The food was good as usual

Great Fresh Mexican Cusine @ A decent price - and good Hot -Sauce too!

Went and ordered a Super Salad Bowl and they were real cheap adding the grilled chicken. In addition they were out of guacamole. Had to go out and buy guacamole elsewhere.

Quality has definitely went down since they opened.

Ordered soft tacos with white rice, chicken, mild salsa, cheese, and corn. I've had this same exact meal before and always have like it but this time was different. Everything seemed off today.. flavor, texture, consistency. The first bite had me gagging and almost throwing up. Flavor is what you'd expect, the standard Spanish spices with a dash of cilantro. Flavor is usually on point but today was lacking. The mushiness of cheese and rice contrasting with the chewiness of the chicken made these possibly the worst tacos I've ever had in my life. 2/5.

Great stuff clean facility

I love me some Chipotle, I eat here probably 3-5 days a week. The food is great - one recommendation would be to install customer WiFi since cell reception is basically nonexistent

Out of 2 orders one was 80% another one was about 60% full. When I tried to ask the "MANAGER" started ask me million questions like when it was order how it was ordered instead of just adding or offering some portion. Chipotle should train their employees better. Very bad experience. SHAME ON CHIPOTLE.
