Chipotle Mexican Grill

Dont like being nickel and dimed for little stuff and really dont like getting charged for wrong item. I love chipolte and eat at them often just have bad luck at this one. I always have steak and i end up getting a lot of fat at this one.

Very happy they have Vegan options. Staff very nice, place very clean and all well organized.

great food! i come here when I need a quick bite to eat. although, always remember: guac is always extra.

A high quality chipotle

I placed an order online. The pick up order process was too simple. No one verified that the order I picked up was mine or if I even had an online order. I didn’t verify I had all of my items before I left the store (my fault). When I arrived at my destination, I realized I was missing the chips for my chips and queso. Called the store, I was advised to come back to the store or call customer service for a refund. Needless to say I was not pleased with those options since I’m not from here and I was just passing through. When we finally tasted the food, the guacamole and sofrita were salty. The beans were spicy (ordered for toddlers). There was not a number provided to contact customer service. The experience went from just dissatisfied to truly disappointment. We couldn’t eat out meal because it was over seasoned. We usually eat Chipotle because of the healthier options but this experience defeated the purpose.

I prefer coming here instead of the one on campus since they have parking and no students

It's good if you're into cold burrito. Not much of a selection either especially for the price.

They always do a good job here. Never had a bad experience.

I gave Chipotle 3 stars because their food is cold. Yes it is served in warming trays/bins, but once they get all of those cold ingredients on your burrito, it cancels out the hot ingredients and makes for a lukewarm burrito which I do not like. They don't combine the ingredients together like Pancheros. They also don't make your tortillas fresh like Pancheros.

I am not much of a burrito person, but my son wanted to eat here. The service was great! If you're in the mood for a burrito, bowl, or salad they have you covered. Salsa was pretty good and they have plenty of fixings.
