Chipotle Mexican Grill

All I have to say is..... the grill man with long hair would have Gordon Ramsay IN HIS GRAVEE right now..... cooking and chef skills... ON POINT!! great dude, great chef 👨🏼‍🍳

Really good just expensive. I think it's a bit wrong to charge like 3 more dollars for guacamole and cheese.

I fully understand that we are in a pandemic but to rush my girlfriend out of a restaurant when she was there to pick up a take out order and tell her to wait within her vehicle and the food would be brought out. How are you going to give us empty cups for soda. Soda that we paid for mind you. completely unacceptable customer service. I would not ever recommend this location to anyone. EVER! Also on top of that and the worst part is that we both received our food cold. Not even remotely close to being hot or even warm and when I went to call the location it rand all the way to an automated machine telling me the voice mailbox was full. Absolutely disgusted with the service presented!

Sooo... I had been hearing about the queso blanco in the newest commercials and I had to try it. This was my first time getting anything from Chipotle. I must say the chips that came with the queso were really good! Id buy them if they were sold packaged in the supermarket. I also liked the queso, although, I would add ground beef to it next time. It has a slight kick to it but not spicy. Flavorful, not just salty. Definitely recommend.

Worst experience. Go to the one by Neshaminy. First off all a large Order was places 5 salads. They messed them up. After the order was called in. They said they couldn’t deliver and And offer delivery ?!! Get this we order and get there they say no gauc !!! No salad dressings !!! Terrible how are you chipotle and run out of guacamole and tel us after we order and pay. Do not go here

We visited this location on March 22nd at 1:30PM. Horrible team and experience! First they refused to take our order on phone which they are supposed to. Then we ordered online and paid for extra portions (double steak), double beans on each and we got tiny tiny meals and not even the right meals. We showed them our order and what we had been given, the staff was so rude to us and refused to help- the name of the person is Allison. We’d like our money back and we are never coming back here to be insulted! I have pictures of the meals and the receipt!

If this was Ratatouille, I’d send my respect to the cook with the glasses. Good eats.

Update:I changed the rating from one to two stars because I got a refund.Original review:I never had anything from Chipotle before until my co-worker order burrito bowl for me this week. Therefore, I was excited to get the 3rd burrito bowl in this very same week. Used app for mobile order then picked it up. I trusted that I will get the right order, so I didn't check. Got back home and excited to have a good Friday dinner. First time picked the bowl up, it felt light. Then I found out that I only got chicken, brown rice, and cheese for burrito bowl order when my order was supposed to consist of 1/2 Carnitas, 1/2 Chicken, Brown Rice, Black Beans, Roasted Chili-corn salsa, Fresh tomato salsa, tomatillo-red chili salsa, Fajita Veggies, Queso blanco. Yes. I paid for overprice ($10) chicken, cheese, and rice burrito bowl. Will not come back to this location. Please don't waste my time and money.

Got the order wrong and Rude when called back poor service and didn't say sorry

First time was not a fan don't know what all the fuss is about about how good it is would have been just as happy going to Taco Bell for half the money
