Chipotle Mexican Grill

I ordered food from there on Saturday. I stood for about five minutes while the food prep person ignored me and changed out the food containers without telling me that she would be with me shortly. Finally, she took my order and did not ask whether I wanted to dine in or take out. The food was not that great...the rice was sticky and overcooked and the meat was okay. I probably will not dine at this location anymore.

I normally like this location but the lunch crew on Tuesday was horrible. They were very rushy and the food was cold.

Dear Manager of Cleveland Road Chipotle,I want to give a shout out to one of your employees named Bree. On Friday, May 8, 2020, I had placed an order with Chipotle on Del Prado Boulevard. After being unable to reach anyone at that location I decided to call your location and Bree attempted to help me. Not only did she find out the phone at Del Prado was out of service but she then called Del Prado manager with her phone to find out that delivery employees were not available for my delivery.She then proceeded to call me back and asked if I would like the order from your location. By that time it was too late, we had eaten, but disappointed because it was my husband’s birthday and that was my surprise to him, since he loves Mexican food.Please let her know that I so appreciate and thank her for her customer service attempt. You are lucky to have her follow through with customers like myself that keep Chipotle afloat.Diana Romano

Good food. Fast service

Ordered through Door Dash and they forgot to add half of the ingredients I ordered on my salad. The label with the order and all of its (supposed to have been) ingredients was even slapped on the lid of the bowl. I also ordered chips and guac and they forgot to give me the chips. Disappointed. :(Will stick to the Chipotle located on Del Prado in Cape Coral. They don't disappoint!

Service was great. Fast. Friendly. But what on earth do people see in the food there? It sucks. It’s no flavor and all salt.

Better than other chipotle locations 10/10

Ordered DoorDash 2 whole hours before they’re supposed to close. Spent 6$ on queso and chips just for them to call me at the store and say they were completely out of queso. They replaced it with the salsa that’s cheaper than the queso and didn’t even manage to get the size correct. Also I did not get reimbursed for it. When food arrived the chicken was completely dried out. it tasted they haven’t made a new batch since 430. I guess in chipotles eyes ordering online is just an excuse for them to mess up your order without consequences.

Chipotle rocks. The food is always fresh and even when they are backed up they are quick. My go to for healthy food.

Clean, friendly and very big portions.

Maybe work on their customer service? My boyfriend had to say “double meat” three times until the girl making the burritos stopped talking to her friend. She completely ignored our requests and we had to continuously repeat ourselves.
