Good food

Every item in my burrito bowl was wrong. When I told them the order was wrong I was met with attitude and a "what do you want me to do about it" type of response. Food was still delicious, but the one staff member tanked the rest of my day.

I order the same thing and usually it's great. But this time I ordered on app for take out and when got home saw 1/3 of the meat I'm served when dine in. The entire taste was off. Made it like watery lettuce main meal instead of the savory mix i'm used to. Wondering if this is the new portion size norm or a one time occurrence.

Did an online order today at 1:02pm through Chipotle's website. Said it'd be delivered at 1:22pm. Doordash (who they use for delivery for orders on their website apparently) called me at 1:47pm to tell me "your order's not ready" - he asked the staff what to do and apparently they were completely unhelpful. Tried calling the store 4 times but they let it ring. Also waited 15 minutes to speak to "customer service" and they told me to expect a refund in 5-7 business days. Pathetic customer service. Terrible experience.

Ordered a burrito in this Chipotle. Food was tasty and good, however, the hygiene of this place was not as clean as most of the other Chipotles.

Food is Great, I ordered from door dash and they forgot my chips but it was so good that I did not even complain But i figured Id make a review so that ppl can make sure they get their chips ....in the future

Stopped coming here the bathrooms are so annoying like I didn’t keep my receipt or I threw it out by accident & now I needa tryin get someone’s attention for a pass code??? Happened twice never coming again

Very rude staff and refused bathroom service to a disabled veteran. I am ashamed that this establishment is open in my home city.After receiving a call from the head office I was told that nothing will be done due to policy. I am more deeply ashamed that money must be exchanged prior to a bathroom break for a disabled veteran especially when no other is available. This is a anti veteran establishment and has no respect for our military personnel.
