Chipotle Mexican Grill

Chipotle messed up my vegan daughter's meal, by having steak in her sofritas. Very disappointed, but happy I caught it before serving her, her food.

This is not a location I will return too! The service was terrible and the part that upset me was when I ordered a wrap and asked for salsa on it. The guy who waited on me was disrespectful and more. He said because I am getting salsa on it not only is there an upcharge but it is now considered a burrito? I asked why and he said because you asked for salsa. I then stated that he should just give me a burrito because it would not just be a cheese wrap, I would have meat beans and rice? Once again rude as can be he stated he would male it but I still would have to pay for the first one also? At this time I just gave up and paid for a burrito and the upcharge. The other cashier was just as rude and agreeing with him! Go to another location and hopefully you will enjoy it! The billed came out to $27.94 for a year bowl 2 small drinks and a cheese wrap! I was Robbed !

As far as Chipotle's go, this is one of the more mediocre ones. I got food here in person and through mobile orders. When I did a mobile order, I didn't get me my half brown rice I ordered and only got white rice. Secondly the guacamole as you can see in the photo is brownish. I gave it a chance even though it looked bad. I wouldn't get it again. The best part of the experience was the staff. They were very friendly and I enjoyed talking to them. I would go back to say hi and get food. I wouldn't mobile order and I would be suspicious of the guacamole

Had to wait for more then 2 hours for a pickup order. Worst service ever.

Everytime I order from that Chipotle online, something is always missing. First order missed the tomato salsa, second order missed the mexican coke, third order missed the guacamole. Its annoying.

I am thankful for the food but, damn you all seem run down. Hopefully management either highers more or improves the working environment.. will be avoiding this location for the time being..

Finest food, kind employees, regularly excellent character. They charge fair prices and the food quality is awesome. Highly recommended.

Good food seems like they have a high employee turnover 50/50 as to service a little better service I would give it a much higher rating

Was not impressed with the wrap I received. It was not wrap it was folded and the rice was not fresh and the counter where they service you food from. They were using a dirty towel to clearn around the food. Unsanitary.

Overall fast and very friendly service. Good for Chipotle Day at the office if you work close by.

On 9/2/19, I went to chipotle. The staff was very rude, if you don't like your job then don't work there but you don't have to be rude to the customers. I hope management can change something about that.

Not a fan. Just taste cheap and not good for leftover.mu steak was so dry and unseasoned. Pricey for no reason
