Chipotle Mexican Grill

This was my first experience at Chipotle's great value, nice atmosphere and friendly people. I'll definitely be back again ☺️👍

I not only love the place but I love the people. I greatly appreciate all the love and support I’ve received from everyone! The slowest line I have ever experienced in chipotle. The employees have no sense of urgency. Was so excited that this location opened in this area. Shame that it’s not the same chipotle experience I love.

they are scammers make sure get u change rigth

tiny portions at least 30% smaller than a normal chipotle I measured it when i got home. food was not flavorful. I may try it in another 6 months see if it can get turned around but with so many other good chipotles I may never be back to this one again.

I would not go into that store if you paid me. I sat outside waiting for food from the store next door. I observed all of the employees either wearing no mask or wearing them incorrectly and often pulling them down into their chins. I observed at least 10 customers enter the store wearing no mask at all, at least six of them at one time. They are working hard to cause more spread of the virus. Like they don’t already have a bad enough record with regards to food safety.

Good but usually a long line

Normally I love chipotle but this location in Bolingbrook the employees give the smallest portions I ever had in other chipotle’s

This restaurant is found everywhere, which works perfectly well for me. I could not ask for a better Mexican Cuisine restaurant. Just a quick suggestion is to wrap your burritos better. Even though it has its flaws, Chipotle still draws me back every single time. The best fast food restaurant in America, hands down.

Taste is as usual Good but tables were not cleaned

Food as good, fresh. However, got a large chips and salsa with stale, chewy, not crunchy chips, which leads one to wonder how long those chips in the bag have been sitting on the shelf? As advertising, nice suggestive display, as a quality food product, I will not order them again.

Two white workers said they no longer sell Tacos. So he gave me a plain flour shell.. So I'm in shock. And the other worker is agreeing with him. Finally a chubby nice black girl came and took over and made me a chicken taco and a bowl.

Great store! Staff are quick and friendly. Extra props to Danielle she always has a welcoming smile and seems happy to take care of a customers needs! Easily one of the best Chipotle’s I’ve been to

Waited over 20 minutes for 2 bowls. When we finally got our orders the bowls were completely wrong from what we asked for and we weren’t given forks or napkins. When I inquired about a military discount I was denied that, but was charged for queso that I did not receive. The orders weren’t even just a little wrong, they were very wrong! Wrong protein, wrong rice, wrong toppings. By the time we got home with our orders, it was too late and the location was closed. So frustrated and will never come back!

The dirtiest Chipotle I've ever been in. There was food on every square foot surface, counters, floors and tables. The meat and vegetables were dried out in the line. Very disgusting store. I also watched someone get sold a Carne Asada bowl with drink and chips. They were charged $8... after tax.
