This Chipotle is so good! Im reading all of these weird negative reviews, and let me tell you; I have had the complete opposite every single time I come here! Delicious flavor, enough to fill you up, and super friendly staff. I have never once had a bad visit here as well as my spouse, and we come here almost every weekend and I come here several times through the week. This is the best location in charlotte!

Customer service is terrible. Insisting on my 8 year old daughter paying for an adult meal and constantly cutting corners on portion size is absurd. Regular customer. Will never go back. Too many other options

Walked in to grab a To-go order and when I said hi to all of the employees they just ignored me. I was the only customer so obviously they heard and seen me greet them. They all had bad attitudes and not one employee said a word. If you hate your job don’t take it out on customers! That was extremely rude.

Ordered online for pickup, checked in on it 10 min after it was supposed to be ready - the woman pulled the ticket off the wall to be started after I checked in and, again, 10 min after it was supposed to be ready. Multiple lines of people came in and out while my supposed-to-be-convenient order sat there along with my groceries in the car. Need a better system and training for employees.
