Chipotle Mexican Grill

I ordered a meal today (5/15) on the app and put it as delivery but it automatically changed it to pick up. I was unable to pick it up so I tried calling several times to change it ( or get a refund) and each time it came up as a busy signal and hung up on me. I called over 10 times. I had to order on door dash in order to get a meal. So now I have spent over $20 on a meal I did not get because the store changed my order that I never got, and have been unable to get a refund on because no one will answer my call and there is no other way to get a response. These people are unprofessional and clearly want to steal a poor college student's money.
