it’s unknown whenever all ingredients present or not. Don’t seem to be worried about how clean the place is. Bill may be anything since cashier can be a practicing person and accidentally press something else.

Order is rarely correct, and never ready on time when ordered online.

A very dirty place, with a service provided by workers who have long forgot to smile to their clients. And queso was by far the worst product I ever eaten at this restaurant.

Ordered online two meals for myself by mistake, I only needed one. Kevin was understanding and refunded one of the meals. I love the atmosphere and all employees are very nice. Food is really delicious!

Ordered from here for the first time through doordash and the meals we got were burnt and wrong (Spicy when I ordered mild and the chicken was totally burnt). I called to talk to the manager and Alexis was very understanding and kind and professional. He issued a full refund and also gave me replacements for the meals. The food is good and the service is quick. Manager is great!

Unfortunately this is the second time this location does not have salad dressing. My suggestion would be to post a sign or inform the guest when ordering a salad. A total waste of an incomplete meal. Please address this reoccurring problem.

Very poor. Sloppy and dirty mishandling food. Need employees to be remove. Sad. Our order was wrong, customer service terrible.

45 minutes in line around noon on a Monday. Unbelievable, and of course there is no sense of urgency behind the counter. Guess I'm staying away from this location.

This store is always out of something and this time it was chips. WTH. From now on I'll go the the Chipotle near red Robin. I might have to wait 10 minutes but at least they'll get my order right.

This location is great when you go in, but they haven’t managed to get a single delivery order correct out of about 10. Missing chips, missing double meat, completely incorrect bowls, etc. If you’re gonna get food from here, go in and get it.

Mast manager and staff never will go there again

We always come here because it's the best one in Ashburn! Very good portions and fast. But the customer service brings down the whole experience. Extremely rude customer service. Yes, we can hear you whispering about us right in front of our faces. Some employees give more and some give much less. What's going on chipotle

Ordering through takeout. 3rd time they have messed up my order in a row. Unbelievable!

So good but they were totally out of onions! Boo!!! Did not know they offered cilantro until I had finished my meal! Would be nice if the cilantro were in a bin with the optional condiments. Love cilantro and onions!!

Service was as expected, food was good (as always), and bathroom was fine.
