Chipotle Mexican Grill

Chipotle ranks high on our family's list of fast food stops, mainly because of the healthy menu options. We've been when it's super crowded and when we're about the only ones in the place. Our latest trip was just before closing. Eight of us squeezed around the one round table to enjoy our late-night meal as we celebrated a birthday. Food was warm and tasty. Service was friendly, and we all moved through the line quickly. Overall, another positive experience.

The “no contact pickup” has proven that the only reason my order was ever correct was because I was standing there to correct the employee. I’ve ordered many times during the quarantine and not once has my order been correct. Several times I’ve ordered chips with a prepay order, but then they’re out when I pick the order up. Each time I’ve been told they can’t refund me for the chips (because I prepaid on their app) at the store and to contact customer service on their website... still waiting over 4 weeks after multiple emails sent to get my refunds 🙄 The food is great and I really enjoy it, but my loyalty is done with Chipotle if that’s how you treat your customers.

I had the chicken bowl with black beans and brown rice. This is my favorite item at chipotle. The toppings are always fresh. You can have as much or little as you like. I always add the guacamole and chips to my order to balance out the good fats in my meal. The staff has always been friendly and professional when I visit this location.
