Chipotle Mexican Grill

Love chipotle!! This location is pretty good, but busy! We stopped while on a roadtrip and it wasn't too far off the highway. The staff all seemed to be new and there was some confusion amongst them, but the food was great!

This was my 1st time going to Chipotle Mexican Grill, I certainly hope not all the locations are like this one. The food was mediocre. The service left a lot to be desired. The server made me feel rushed while preparing my order. I selected brown rice, and wish I hadn't. The brown rice was hard like it was under cooked. There was no way to tell the difference between the steak or barbacoa burritos once I got the order home. Not a very good service model in my opinion. The steak had definitely been sitting out for a while. I may give Chipotle Mexican Grill another try, I just probably will not visit this location again.

On Wednesday 7/10 at around 8:20pm me, my daughter and 3 others came to get some food. My daughter is a vegetarian and ordered some grilled vegetables for her bowl. The person at the counter said that they were out and asked us to wait while they would grill more. In the end we waited for around 15 minutes, at what point I had to ask how much longer we had to wait. Apparently they were not even starting to grill and told us that they won't grill anymore. After that they charged me for her bowl as veggie bowl, I was expecting it to give it to us for free. Never going to eat there again >:(

So, so good. Just not a fan of the new queso blanco.

This is my goto place for a healthy and quick lunch . They are pretty fast and clean even though their lunch hour is crazy busy. Sometimes you see new employees who are slow in understanding and serving. Hope they have employees who stay for long .

Despite the infrequent (but nonzero) food poisonings, we still go here every week or two. Not sure if that's an endorsement of how good the food is or just a troubling tale of our Chipotle addiction. Either way, 3 stars.

Great customer service, very clean environment and tonight's crew was very professional as well friendly.

I ordered my Chipotle burrito online for pick up at this location. After eating 85% of my burrito I found a hair in the food which in the piece I had bitten off. The hair I found in my burrito is long, brown and curly. I have long blond hair, so its not mine. I called and spoke with the cashier and manager they informed me to receive my money back I needed to submit online. This was so gross that everyone else had cleared out of the lunch table. I have 5 witnesses of what happened. I will keep this review posted until I receive my money back. I will not be eating Chipotle ever again.

Ordered online, got there just as the gentleman was putting the order in the bag. When I returned to work 8 min drive, I found that my extra meat burrito was missing a little more than the extra. ($3.50 up-charge) and was ice cold.... I love the food but come on if I am willing to pay almost $13.00 for a burrito it should be at least warm but would hope it was correct as well.

Food was good but the condition of the restaurant is run down. The bathroom sink is plugged, the restaurant floor, concrete was very dark from ground in food. Service. I was the only one in line and it took several minutes for someone to ask me for my order. The checkout person was embarrassed at the length of time I waited and she came down to take my order which causes the person that was supposed to, give her a look, and she returned to the register. I have not been at this location for a long time and it has gone down hill.

Standard Chipotle. Fast, cheap, tasty. Nothing special about this location. It was clean and had good service. Food was the quality you expect from Chipotle. Went here from the highway (not that far) while driving through Madison area.

Very nice, casual place for lunch with friends! Food was tasty and fresh .
