This spot obviously knows how to serve their customers. Regularly with a very welcoming attitude. The food is affordably priced, constantly tasty and clean.

This location is great. Customer service is outstanding and there outside seating which my kids love, and it’s soooo close to my house I just walk there when I’m hungry.

On October 23 I stop by to purchase a bowl around 9:30 pm. Young lady with spanish accent was talking with another gentleman from kitchen in front of me for 10 minutes, then she look at me and gave angry look. I think she was waiting for me to leave. She was very rude and unprofessional. The reason she was rude I think because I came at 9:30 pm, but they close at 10 pm.

An acrylic nail ended up in my daughter’s mouth! 3 big issues: 1) someone was wearing fake nails that was prepping food, 2) that person was not wearing gloves and 3) after I reported it and showed them the nail, they proceeded to serve those in line without further inspecting the food or immediately swapping it out with fresh, untainted food. They refunded my money onsite. When I reported the incident to the offsite manager, his initial response was an immediate boiler plate email apologizing for poor food quality and lack of freshness (not even addressing bad hygiene) and offering me 3 free burritos (no thank you) rather than trying to address the major issue at hand. After more pushback he said he reported the incident to “corporate” and that they would be contacting me. 48 hours later, nothing yet. He did tell me the employee with fake nails was sent home. Why that employee was able to violate policy in the first place is concerning.

Great environment all around

This Chipotle (Mosaic) is exceptional. FRESH ingredients, staff that actually LISTENS to you as you begin to customize your orders. Definitely recommend this location.
